I purchased a bathtub removal to be replaced with a shower stall from Lowe's. They contracted the job to Farrow who removed the bathtub and installed a leaking shower stall. I had to have them come out at least 4 times to find where the leak came from- it came from a shower pan that was torn by screws that were placed on the sides of the pan rather than where they were supposed to be placed. This necessitated removal of all floor tiles, and pan replacement. 2 yrs later, mold was constantly present on the shower stall floor and walls. As I didn't want to deal with them again, I hired a new contractor who ripped out the entire shower. We found rust on all the studs behind the shower walls! So not only was the floor improperly installed, so were the walls. What a nightmare, not to mention paying for a job twice. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy! read more

Avoid Farrow Construction! They were assigned to my project by Lowe's, and both companies have been completely incompetent at getting my project one. A simple exterior door installation. The original install was 12/31, and it FAILED inspection. It took weeks to get them to return and correct. Inspection passed 2nd time but now waiting weeks again for them to put in the final parts. My painter cannot paint the door til these final parts (screw caps) are installed. 3 months to complete a passing exterior door install. NEVER again, neither them nor Lowe's. read more

The quality of there work is Horrible. the have taken a year and are still not done with my window installation. The experience has been a nightmare. The employees do not know what they are doing, they are sloppy, they have had to come out to fix the same mistakes multiple times and in my opinion they have no clue on what they are doing, completely incompetent. we used to have our install and this is a company that they sent out because they subcontract, not only do you have to delegate with but you also have to delegate with farrow construction on the crappy job that they've done I cannot tell you enough that the experience has been horrible. Farrow is a contractor for Lowes. We needed to replace our upstairs windows due to some storm damage, and contracted with Lowes to install the windows. Little did we know the nightmare that would await. The installers from Farrow were inexperienced, and managed to put in one of the sills crooked. Then, the stucco installer did not use a drop cloth and left debris and damaged our shingles. The stucco did not pass inspection due to multiple large cracks. When the installer from Farrow came out to repair the stucco, he said there was no way to patch it and it would need to be redone. Now Lowe's is saying they will not replace and will only patch, and Farow has not reached out to set a new appointment. This has been going on for over 6 month, and the inspector has stated that the stucco will never pass inspection in its current condition. Do NOT USE FARROW for any reason. If I could give a zero stars score I would do so. read more

The lowest rating Yelp will allow is one star. That is too high of a rating for the work that is still incomplete at our home. Large windows on the front of our house have been left unfinished and exposed to the elements for TWO WEEKS. I called on Monday because the permit expired on Tuesday. They finally returned our call on Friday, but they still didn't have a plan to finish this job. VERY FRUSTRATING and unprofessional. I will be happy to revise this review based on overall satisfaction when they complete the job (assuming that will be soon). We paid for these windows in full via Lowe's in 2022. This is now February 2025. We just want our house put back together at this point. read more

Didn't pass inspections and who would want them back with they've failed at seven opening installations. Tried telling me I'd have to pay when their error. Not accountable. Farrow is a subcontractor for Lowes. They were to install my new front door on 7/18/2025. Due to weather, they pushed me to 07/21, for which I had to scramble for PTO. They were very heavy in communication to verify my home would be access ready. The installation was to be between 8am and Noon. Farrow automation advised me I would hear from the tech when on the way. At 1145AM, not having heard from Farrow, I called and advised they could not reach the tech and did not know why my appointment was missed. There is no verification by Farrow that their techs are on ANY job! Eventually, I was told a tech would contact me at my home by 245PM. Not so! Not once did anyone from Farrow management call me. I had to call in again, and again, and again, they could not reach the tech. There is a lack of proper customer service, which includes, most importantly communication. There is no integrity; every customer should be important. read more

This company is the worst construction company I have ever worked with. They installed my door in May of 2023. They batched the job so bad that I had to request a new door. They installed the second door without a permit which of course didn't pass inspection. They had to reapply for a second permit, but by the time they got the second permit from the city the strips or trim on the outside of the door started falling off. Now I am going into the new year with a front door that is falling apart without any strips or molding. Between Farrow's construction and Lowes I keep getting phone call with promises of dates that the job will get completed, but still waiting. How are ironic that they are located on Lemon Avenue! We ordered some wonderful Kraftmade cabinets from Lowe's. Only to have delays, excuses & poor / no communication with their installers Farrow Construction. We would never have ordered from Lowe's if we had even a hint that their installation company would be SO AWFUL. They originally started installing our kitchen cabinets the first week of October. We have to beg them repeatedly to schedule us to complete the job. It is now after Thanksgiving, and we have yet to know when we actually have a kitchen. Tripping around boxes & trim pieces for months, cabinets that are not mounted to walls, drawers that don't work properly, sawdust throughout... welcome to the holidays with Farrow Construction. We had a wonderful experience working on the front end with Lowe's but their response to Farrow's delays on the back end of this purchase was, "We thought they had gotten better." We are stuck 28 days before Christmas, unable to move into rooms because of the boxes, saw dust & Unfinished work. They are a lemon among installers. Farrow Construction is horrible. I don't understand how Lowe's contract with them. The young man they send drilled into my wall to accommodate an inaccurate measurements. He also Installed damaged doors. The Customer Service is horrible I am still waiting for someone to reconcile the damaged they caused. I am in the process of taking action to refund me cost of installation and damage doors. Including, compensation for the damage they caused. The customer services is just as worst as the installer. Farrow construction is the Lowes go to construction company. As in the previous review my kitchen project was measured in my home & installed with the cabinet doors measurements off. New doors ordered and installed with hardware that was also slightly off. Job finally complete after nearly a year but not happy, just glad to be done! read more

Farrow Construction is the worst. It is unbelievable that Lowe's retains them as their cabinet installer. Our cabinets, boxes, hardware and trim pieces were delivered in mid-August of 2023... over a hundred boxes stuffed into our condo. It will soon be December and we still do not have a single completed space - dining room, kitchen or bathroom. Communication from Farrow is nonsexist. They just don't care and it shows.
