I spent 14k on 9 panes of glass and one failed and they refused to fix it despite it being their error. They were also deceptive and would not tell me what really happened despite me questioning multiple time how could this happen. I was out of state at the time and when I returned and fully examined the failed window I realized it was completely due to them not installing stops on the top of the window which essentially holds the window in place!

They explained that they…read moreare working through some issues with their new hurricane door distributor and assigned their operations manager, Patricia, to ensure all my concerns were addressed. My door has been repaired, and they are compensating me for the inconvenience, which I greatly appreciate. I should also note that my mother purchased hurricane-rated impact French doors for her patio at the same time I ordered my front door from Sunset View. They did an excellent job with that installation. I would likely use Sunset View again in the future.

Bill the sales rep was a pleasure to deal with! He had a wealth of knowledge and experience and was candid and transparent about the product and installation process. No pressure to buy, just direct answers to numerous questions I had in a very timely manner. He was a pleasure to work with! Louis and crew did an outstanding job installing the windows over two days. They draped most of the house in plastic and covered all the floors to ensure there was no mess left behind. He even cleaned the street curb with his shop vacuum! They were truly skilled craftsmen. James, the owner, and Matt were also at the house on several occasions to ensure everything ran smoothly and ensured complete customer satisfaction. But I really don't know? Even without it, they are beautiful and I feel protected! All that said they should do what they said they would ! Would like to start with I applied for a Grant, Florida Florida safe Homes The way it works is you have to buy the windows outright or loan before you can get a grant That can be a little nerve-racking because you never know if you're gonna get the Grant or not I found them in the web One of the things I liked was was they had good sales in windows and they work with all grants‼ I called in and I believe I talked to Rachel? Not 100% sure but from that point on Rachel was our point person Everything pretty much went through Rachel from that point on They sent a sales person that same night I was shocked because they are frim Boca Raton and I live in Kissimmee, but now in hindsight, I guess they have sales reps all over the state The sales man Phil I love him like I love Rachel Phil's knowledge of the product was off the chart. I had a $10,000 French door with sidelights replaced this Spring…read more I cannot get anyone at Statewide to return my calls about some minor issues. The installers were out of Fort Meyers and though overall I was pleased with the quality of their work, they arrived 5 hours late for the after-inspection clean up/ caulking because their schedule was so jammed. I had to wait- I had to call- no one advised me they would be late. The dispatcher was clueless. You would think someone could pick up the phone to return a call but everyone is too busy. Also if you are planning to use MySafe Florida Home, they are absolutely zero help with that. Quite disappointing. I wish I had researched this a bit more and got a locally based company instead.
