This review is going to start a little different! I wasn't as pleased with food as I wanted to be... many things on menu and food always smells amazing so maybe I just haven't found it yet. The Boso fried noodles... meat was good but noodles had nothing but noodles, no flavor really but wasn't bad tasting... just bland Now here is where you can go fuc yourself! My mouth and taste is not yours... don't trust my second hand taste and come see for yourself. Or don't but if you don't try you lose the ability for me to care about your opinion. I ate Samsa and it was wonderful! They had amazing customer service. Great smiles under their masks (I am sure), clean as can be, and lovely people. This is the best Samsa I have ever tasted. I will definitely come back! read more

Never had Uzbek food before. We got the dumplings, boso lagman (noodles), and a lamb sish kabobs. All were really good. The kebobs were nicely cut with a small carrot salad. The meat was very soft and juicy. I love lamb and this was some of the better lamb i've had in a while. The boso was spiced like a combo of central asian, Persian, Turkic, and Indian food but it also shoed some east Asian influence in the type of noodles which reminded me of thick Chinese noodles. I mean this in a good way. You could definitely taste the cross roads and melting pot of cultures that surround Uzbekistan, it's geography and history. The dumplings tasted like steamed eastern European pierogi showing the Russian influence on Uzbek food but the shape was unique. It was all tasty and would go out of my way to eat here again. read more

Second visit at Uzbek Street Food in The Yard food truck park. Updated their menu: added Cheburek, a fried hand-pie with mildly spiced cubed beef inside. Was going to try Manti, but that selection's off their menu now. The Cheburek was hot and tasty with a crispy outer pastry crust. The filling was just right: not dripping with oil, and not hot enough to burn my mouth. read more

I ordered the number 2 noodle dish and it had very little meat. My friend ordered a rice dish that had very little meat too. For $10 for each meal that's a ripoff. read more
