My family went in at 11:45 so before lunchtime asking for pretty much anything that was posted on Yelp (photos) and the counter person said we only have what's on the menu, except they have pork belly but they sold out at 11:45 am. Ok just wanted to comment and warn anyone wanting to have a real Korean meal to just pass this restaurant and don't go here. We came here based on the high Yelp ratings and the desire to try their food. The only thing in our "bowls" that was somewhat Korean was the japchae, but even that did not taste Korean in any way. The seasoning on each plate was a mixture of salt/pepper and some garlic. The vegetables they state that was in each "bowl" is actually shredded cabbage under the protein. Normally that's there to absorb any grease and oil from your protein. Sorry, but I cannot recommend this food as being Korean in any sense of the word. Location is clean and spacious. Two large flatscreens play current K-Pop music videos to keep you entertained. read more

Food options are very limited when shopping at the Woodburn Outlets. BopCha looked promising and when I saw kimbap on the menu, I knew I had to order it! The kimbap I got was so disappointing and not close to traditional kimbap. Even the ones at Trader Joe's are more legit :/ What I got was a roll with hot dog and what seemed like Vietnamese-style pickled veggies. I was expecting a roll with egg, spinach, carrots, and the yellow-pickled radish. Maybe I should've stuck with ordering the Korean corn dogs. read more

The ambiance was a clean & contemporary one, with about 10 tables for dine in. The service was friendly, helpful, and genuine. They recently just opened their doors, so they are still fine-tuning and trying to find a bit of consistency in their operations. The food menu here is limited to an assortment of rice bowls with meat, chicken wings, and huge corndogs. The corndogs are so huge. that it probably could be shared by two adults or three children. My tip, if ordering a corndog, is to order the sausage only one and not the sausage & cheese one, which I ordered. As a corndog fan, the cheese just got in the way. read more

We went here on our way back from Oregon to California. It says they open at 10am but we got there and the owner said they are still getting ready and come back at 11am. I'm glad we waited! Because the food was good. The fried chicken is so juicy, perfectly cooked! The bulgogi with rice and japchae is also good. We ordered the pork belly as well. It was good but I wish it was cooked a little bit longer and hoped it was a little crispier on the outside. But all in all, we liked it! The ambience is so cute and the place is clean! read more

We have tried all 4 menus, #1 Bulgogi, #2 Splicy Pork, #3 K-BBQ chicken, and #4 K-BBQ Pork Belly. Foods tastes all good and service was awesome by the owner. We were stopped by the outlet but it was definitely a good place to try out. Yummy KBBQ chicken and Pork Belly to eat. read more

A MUST TRY! If you're in the Woodburn outlet mall, please try this quick bite restaurant! We ordered one half & half Korean hotdog(mozzarella & wiener dog on a stick with batter) and the garlic soy chicken wings. I do not know how they got that chicken wing to be so darn moist, but it is 100% delicious. The flavor is extremely popping and the crust is crispy. We met the owner as well as he greeted us and ask how the food was. We've had a lot of Korean chicken in our life time and this is our top 5 in Oregon. read more

This is a Korean restaurant at the Factory Outlets. I was expecting a different flavor for their Pork Belly dish but didn't taste anything unique. I probably should have ordered a dish that was more Korean in nature to get the flavors. The staff (maybe owner) was friendly. A downside here is that they do not give water in a glass so you will need to purchase water. Probably a lawsuit waiting to happen if someone chokes not wanting to purchase water. read more

We stopped by here to eat prior to shopping at the Woodburn Outlet. We ordered the Bulgogi, pork belly and Korean Corn Dog ( fried mozzarella breaded cheese stick). The Bulgogi was delicious but there was not a lot of beef. The pork belly was not the best we have had but it was good. The cheese stick was good and the outside beading was sweet tasting. Restaurant provided pictures are pretty misleading as to portion sizes. For what you pay, you won't be compensated in size and unfortunately taste. The bowl was probably a half scoop of rice which is incredible considering it's the second cheapest thing in this and you could really cover the fact that there's not much in here with that, but they used a ton of shredded cabbage to cover that fact. Meat was poorly seasoned and cooked hours before it was served, the oil had congealed and was cold. The menu is not extensive which should allow you to focus on flavor and presentation but I don't think that's the goal. This is still probably the best non sandwich option at the outlet mall. read more

We made the drive from Pacific University do some shopping and stopped here to eat before heading back. The 2 guys there were nice and super helpful when deciding what to get. The food was delicious! Large proportions. Pot stickers were nice and crispy. The owners were very nice and generous. They gave my girlfriend and I a free drink and a couple extra pot stickers for us waiting too long. However, I didn't think it was even much of a wait at all! The atmosphere is solid. Warm modern aesthetic with poppy music on screens. I liked eating there! I'd say give it a shot if you're looking to get full on a warm bowl of rice and noodles!
