I had priced the whole unit on Amazon but I preferred to Keep the original equipment and just have them replace the glass.

He also offers discounts if a large group uses his service, essentially waiving the visit fee after the 3rd vehicle. This guy seems really honest and nice, and offers a good price with potential discounts.

I took it to McCain Auto Glass first thing this morning, and by 1:00 PM the passenger rear window was already replaced. They were extremely busy, but the beautiful, dog-loving soul at the front office understood my situation, worked me in, and even sourced the glass right away. When I picked up my truck, the interior looked absolutely perfect -- not a single piece of shattered glass anywhere. Their service was fast, professional, compassionate, and very reasonably priced. The other driver's insurance was covering the damages, so we brought it here hoping for a smooth process. Unfortunately, our experience was anything but that especially because of the way we were treated by one of their employees, McKenzie. From the very beginning, she was extremely rude and demeaning. She spoke to my husband as if he were ignorant, and when we asked reasonable questions about the repair process, her responses were dry, unhelpful, and completely lacking in professionalism. She provided misleading information and made what was already a stressful situation even more difficult. Her attitude was dismissive and lacked even the most basic level of compassion or courtesy. When we ultimately decided to take our car elsewhere for repairs, McKenzie acted immaturely refusing to speak directly with my husband and behaving as though we were the problem once he got there to pick up the car. If you're looking for respectful, professional, and honest customer service, look elsewhere. I strongly urge Mid-Town Body Shop to properly train their staff, especially McKenzie, on how to treat customers with basic decency. We will not be returning and do not recommend this place to anyone.
