Came in on 10/02/25 at 620pm to recycle oil and transmission fluid. Keep in mind there is a sign outside that says transmission fluid is recycled here. The gentleman with glasses tells me that they don't recycle transmission fluid. He walks away to recycle the motor oil and I clearly read on the sign in sheet TRANSMISSION FLUID IS ACCEPTABLE. I tell him that your clipboard says you recycle it. He says no we don't anymore . I asked him why would your clipboard say that you do and your signs outside say as well . He told me with the most serious face that they changed a law in California that auto parts stores don't recycle transmission fluid anymore. I couldn't believe how lazy he was just to do that. I went over to autozone and to ask if they took Transmission fluid , they said yes. I also asked if any law had been changed regarding recycling said fluid as oreilys said they didn't take it anymore. They said no that all auto parts stores are mandated to take it. What a lazy employee from oreilys. Don't recommend shopping here. read more

I went there on Friday to pick up some parts to do a oil change on my truck. Alberto was the person that attended me. First of all I did not get greeted when I walked in. There was another guy there. Both of them were very unprofessional. They were cursing as Alberto was grabbing the stuff for me. He got me the wrong air filter, the wrong oil filter, the wrong oil grade and only 5 quarts when my truck takes 8 for air filter. He was like F I don't know I think is this one so Saturday when I went in luckily the manager was there he was able to assist me got me the right parts but people like Alberto shouldn't be working there and they don't know what they're talking about, and that cursing not professional read more

A few days ago I went in for a turn signal light. The first young man that helped was nice and sold me what I needed. I tried changing it my self but it turned out I was trying to fix the wrong light. I went back today l, David was a the counter and greeted me as soon as I went in. I explained the issue that I thought I was having. David was very nice to go out to my car and see what was happening. It turned out yes it was the correct light bulb In which David went ahead and fixed It for me. David was very professional, funny and courteous. Thank you so much David for your help. I called over the phone searching for a part that no other auto part store in my area carried or even bothered going above and beyond to search it externally. A nice lady named Mirna answered the phone, she also did not have my part in stock but did me the favor of getting me the part from an outside vendor at a very decent price. I came to the store because my battery was having problems. I noticed the staff member that was helping me was trying to flirt with the postal service worker that walked in. He tried to go above and beyond for her but he did not help my situation at all. I asked him to check the charge on my battery to see if I needed to replace it. He couldn't detect the charge on my battery. He only tried it once and gave up then walked back into the store. I ended up going to auto zone and the staff from auto zone was able to detect the charge that it was a bad a battery. The auto zone staff even gave me advice and options on what to do. I can't believe o'reilly gave up after one try and lost a potential customer because he was paying more attention to the postal worker instead of trying to help me properly. read more

Where to start? I only come to this store if I have some sort of "I need it yesterday" type emergency, otherwise I avoid at all costs. I've been a resident of this area for 25 years I can easily say this location has always SUCKED. Customer service is bad, they are always short staffed. Going all they way back to when this place was "Track auto", then it became "Super Track" then "Chief" then it was "Kragen", now it is O'Reiley. Just came back from this store empty handed. Was looking for 15W-50 synthetic but the shelves were literally half stocked. You'd think that Sunday is the day when most people turn wrenches and so they would actually have fully stocked shelves. Every time I go there they have different people too. Makes me wonder why they have such a high turn over rate. I prefer to make the trip to the store in Bell on Atlantic. They actually seem to have their act together there. read more

Bought a part the other day n tried returning it to the store today after finding out the cashier had selected the wrong speed sensor for my car. The cashier today told me the part I was turning in its the wrong brand that came in the box. I never removed the contents in the box so what I was returning was I was given by Oreilly auto parts. Very unsatisfied with the customer service there. Unfortunately the manager wasn't there so I have to return tomorrow to get my refund! read more

We had a great experience here. We realized we needed tire chains for our January visit to Yosemite. Juan was incredibly helpful. Very polite, friendly, and informative. We've never had to use tire chains before and he came out, measured our tires, and got down on the ground to show us how to use them! Thanks Juan! read more
