I went shopping early for some necessities for my restaurant and what a bad experienced with this sales lady. Although I don't know her name but there's only two female working in that store and I repeat this lady is the rudest, unethical and very very mean in so many ways. By that, I mean when she talks to a customer meaning me she has no manners and very sarcastic. When you're working in a public environment and you're at the front line you give your best customer service so people will keep coming back. This lady has none of that. I own a restaurant and my customers are always my priority and I always greet them with a big smile and make them feel welcome. I hope when you go this place you don't experienced what I have been through. My day was ruined because of this woman. I give this store a negative 5 star. read more

I've been coming to this store for years and have always loved their clothes with a great selection, but I recently had a really disappointing experience. I came to the store with exactly what I wanted in mind and tried on a sleeveless t-shirt over my tank top to check the size. There were no signs saying you couldn't try things on, and the fitting rooms were blocked off. I've tried on clothes here before, so it didn't occur to me that it would be a problem. An employee snapped at me and tried to accuse me of staining the shirt with deodorant -- even though it had no sleeves and didn't touch my armpit. I apologized several times and calmly explained that it was a sleeveless shirt and couldn't have been stained like that. I wasn't trying to argue or say I was right, because of course maybe there's a new policy I didn't know about, but I immediately took off the shirt when she asked. Still, she continued being slightly rude and treated me like I was a child, which I didn't appreciate. It completely ruined my mood to shop there, so I decided to leave. After I walked out, I could hear her loudly and aggressively talking about me and my sister in another language, clearly mocking us. They were quiet the whole time we were inside, but as soon as we stepped out the doorway, she went on a rant, not even caring how far we were or whether we heard her. I'm not writing this to tear down the store but shoppers should be aware that one small misunderstanding can easily turn into a very uncomfortable and unpleasant experience. read more

I have shop here a few times, and the customer service seems friendly. I don't get bother when looking around. Usually I get some comfy pants. The shirts on the female section that are $6-7 dollars are extremely see through, you hold it up and you can literally see whatever is on the other side. I did buy some boys fuzzy boy pants and they shrunk (still fits, but shrunk one size, they are warm!!!). When I was checking out, the lady at front was all smiles and just the cutest. Right now, everything is final sale and you cannot try things on, which is understandable. The socks don't have prices (the ones on the table, only the ones hang on a display have prices and the styles are different), there is no sign either, which it would be nice to know. read more

Asain is the owner of the store. I walk in and she's telling me to leave my bag aside like if I'm gonna steal. Every since she's opened She has made me feel uncomfortable and I know she's done it too many I had friends working here and have quit because of how she treats them. When I would come buy here she would follow me To every section and watch me like if I was gonna steal. I will never step in this place again. read more

The owner yelled at my nephew for "taking too long to shop" she was upset that he was there for an hour and when I called to ask if there's a time limit she said "there's no time limit" and then she changed it up that no one is allowed to be there for an hour or more. I dropped off my nephew so that he could find clothes for school and she made him uncomfortable and ended up not being able to get more clothes like he had originally wanted. read more

Remember the first time you saw a T-Shirt store? I do...it was in Cypress. I drove by and thought to myself, "Really, a T-Shirt store?" It's kinda the same feeling you get when you drive by a water store.... "Really, a water store?" T-Shirt Mart has a lot going on though, everything from medical scrubs, T-Shirts, tank tops, Dickies shirts & more...but lately, I find myself stopping here to buy hats. I've been trying to grow my hair since April and although I'm finding it harder and harder to fit my big head into a hat these days, my hair is in that transition phase where hats start making a lot of sense. There are times when I need to pick up some new polo shirts or boxers, and there really isn't a better place to go than a Dickie store. As per the usual, they have t-shirts, work pants, boxers and socks and hats. But, they also carry some casual clothing which makes for a quick shopping experience. The only downside is the location. You wouldn't think Downey & Artesia would be "hood", but this spot is DIRTY. It appears none of the businesses here have any pride in their work. Nobody cleans up in front of their store. Trash blowing around everywhere. It really is nasty. Whatever though, I don't live here. read more

I found this place about five or six years ago and it is awesome the staff is always nice and very helpful. I find that they usually have everything that I need. Hats for four dollars belt for five or six dollars socks are usually about five dollars for four pairs. read more

Store is very clean, they disinfected everything. Everyone wearing masks. I was able to find everything I needed at good price. Just be aware, due to COVID, they're not allowing refunds or exchanged and no fitting room access. Staff is very nice and helpful! Will probably come here with my kids again. read more

Well the reviews are CORRECT! THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! The "manager" won't stand behind her product make sure you check all the zippers before you leave since she doesn't stand behind her cheap product. Bought 4 shirts and paid $30, tried removing one of the tags on one of them and the collar ripped went inside and asked the Asian woman if I could exchange it and she said no I said why not And decided to act like a bitch and refused to exchange a shirt I had just bought, keep in mind I was a loyal customer who went there to buy shirts often and she decided to argue with me and refused to exchange the shirt, lost a customer over a $7 shirt stingy witch. I don't know why but regular t shirt marts are a dying breed. People need dickies, coveralls, undershirts, etc for work all the time. Personally, I just love wearing regular blank shirts. The employees were very helpful. Everything was folded very nicely. Unfortunately the prices weren't as good as my prior shirt shop that went out of business but they had everything i was looking for. Even XLT sizing for my husband which is a rare find. I was walking in to the store and heard the owner being very rude to two customers with their children. Keep in mind, the children looked like they were in their teens not little ones, so they weren't running around or anything like that. Bad customer service especially if you have kids don't even take them because the owner will be on them like they are doing something wrong. My teen daughter wanted to try in a white sweater then she tried to scold her and told her to try on another color guessing because she was young. This kind of treatment was unnecessary and I spoke out and left never will shop here again. read more
