I have found this lovely "mom and pop" place wonderful! They have altered many items for us (prom dresses, uniform pants and shirts), and do an excellent job with dry cleaning. I found the owners easy to talk to, and they really try to understand your needs, and want to please. I love supporting hard-working, small businesses like this. This place I have been bring my dry cleaning for over a decade. A few years back I guess management and owners ship change hands. Now their customer service and quality of workmanship has taken a nose dive. You have a manager that calls you crazy when you show him how he messed up your order and ruined your clothes. Not the first time they've damaged my clothes. PLEASE DONT TAKE YOUR NICE CLOTHES HERE AS THEY WILL RUIN THEM AND NOT WANT TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. THEY DONT TRY TO HELO AT ALL. took a pair of pants here to get a stain out, they couldn't get it out, i paid for the service (as they still used their chemicals and things) but took it to another place and they got the stain out in an hour read more

Since my previous cleaners closed down, I have been using Fashion Care every week for about a year. I love these guys, they're friendly and they do a great job on our clothes. The owner is such a nice guy and he takes the utmost care of ever item we take to the shop. I'll continue with this business. Very good! read more

I had 3 pairs of dress pants, 5 men's dress shirts, a sweater and a long wrap dress cleaned last week. Everything turned out really well and I'll use this place again. My only complaint is that the staff was not very friendly - they had an attitude that reminded me of our cleaners back in Brooklyn, and that's not a good thing! read more

It's an ok place they're not special, they just get the job done. Don't ever rely on their time to open though. They never open doors when they say they open on their working hours. Something to take note of, specially if your trying to pick up your clothes as soon as they open. read more

I dropped off my dress Tuesday and was asked if I wanted to pick it up on Saturday, so I assume it's a slow turn around. I asked to pick my dress up on Thursday and the man said that day works. Now I am here to pick my dress up and they have been looking for it for 20 minutes so far. She said she found my dress, but it just needs to be pressed and she needs 5 minutes. This guy is extremely rude. I'll never return. I went to go pickup my dry cleaning and my shirt was still wrinkled.

We took a baby's baptism outfit to get cleaned here. Took it on Monday and was told to pick it up Thursday evening. Went Thursday evening at pickup time and they searched for it for about 5-10 minutes then came and told me it was not ready and to come pick up the next morning. Next morning I came in to pick it up and I had to wait another 5-10 minutes for the garment to be ironed. The people running it are kind but they didn't apologize for such inconvenience. Luckily it wasn't time sensitive otherwise we would've gone somewhere else. The whole place is very disorganized. Not sure I'll come back to this place. read more

this place sucks! never open on time, sat in front of the store 45 minutes after they were supposed to open so i could grab my shirts for work. Then my prices werent right.? when i questioned the owner, he told me to "Fuc% off" Horrible place. I don't give my time and business to people like this, you shouldn't either. read more

I believe this business has either new owners or new management. I had been taking my clothes here for years and have always been happy with the outcome. However... just recently I went to pick up my items that were supposed to be ready on the day I stopped in. I was told that one of my items was ready but they had to "look for" my other item and it would just be a few minutes. As I looked back into the store, I noticed one of the employees frantically JUST STARTING to clean my item. I waited 15 minutes for them to finish up. During the time I was waiting in the store, several other customers came in to pick up items that were also not ready. One customer was told "we can't find 3 of your shirts, give us just a few minutes to find them." I'm sure they were in the back frantically trying to clean those as well. Front desk is not very friendly and never apologized for the situation. read more

I seen this cleaners and went in to try. I had a uniform that needed cleaned, I was told when I took it in that it would be read by Friday after noon, I told him I needed it For Tuesday and it would be great so I was able to put the Medal Devises back on with out being rushed. I went in Friday and told Sat., I went back Sat. and told not until noon Monday. I went back at noon and was told 2 pm I went back at 2, and told 4 and when I got there I had to leave my appointment at Sprint across to the next street on Grant, to the cleaner and he told me he was busy and he would get to it that the paints was read, and the gloves but the shirt was not pressed yet. after 30 minutes he comes out with everything, and puts it in a plastic cover, I looked at it as he was ringing it up and both patches on the sleeves was gone and put in the pockets, and the creases was not aliened up. and two of the medal special medal legion buttons missing. I would never go back or tell anyone to go their at all. and he was the only one who could speak English, but the Ladies was friendly I have a spare summer and a spare winter , but if it would have been my coat I would have had to stand down for the Funeral we was doing. and they would have been short a man. if you use them your on your own. the comforter, that was on counter the first time was still there at the end not moved. I will be going back to the cleaners that is much futher on 104th and Colorado. Blvd. read more
