I can't give zero stars or I would. Worst dry cleaner ever. As others have said...my jacket didn't get cleaned. They also charged me $5 each for 2 cotton sweaters I said I wanted laundered not dry cleaned. Since I didn't want to argue with the cops I just paid it. Never going there again. They also were 2 days late. The nasty old lady who was at the desk actually yelled at me Saturday when I wanted to at least get the sweaters because the jacket wasn't ready yet. Took a dress in for cleaning. Picked it up and when I went to wear it there was a white mark on front, sleeve and three white lines on the back. Looks like someone had something on there fingers that may have bleached it. Took it back in and tried to explain to employee and could not make them understand. She said they would reclean. My daughter went to pick it up and the marks were still there so she left it there. I called today to have owner or manger call me and all the employee would say is to come look at it. I cannot make her understand what the problem is and she will not have the owner call me. VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS PLACE!!!! If I could give a negative rating instead of a one star I would. read more

We had our drapes taken in to be dry cleaned and repressed. There were still water marks on the drapes and they pressed it like a tablecloth. The lady working said she was the manager then we caught her lying later saying she had a manager, but we couldn't not speak to him because he did not speak English. No offer for refund, repress, or anything, just excuses. Fashion cleaners ruined our drapes, took out the existing folds, and we will never do business with them again because of how they handled the problem. read more

Sure wish I had checked Yelp before visiting this business. They flat out lied to me when I asked if they had a heavy duty machine to sew about 4" of a seam that had loosened on a lightweight canvas bag. The woman said yes, price $8. A big price for such a little bitty repair. But, being in a bit of a hurry, I left it for repair. When I picked it up, it had not been sewn on a heavy duty machine at all, but run over with a regular machine so many times the material is ruined. I have a regular machine and am a home seamstress, so recognize shoddy work. My advice is to stay far away from this place! Like others, if I could leave a negative review, I would. read more

The only reason I am giving them one star is because I can't give zero. They are rude and do shoddy work. We stopped going to them when they kept mysteriously losing items of clothing we took in to be cleaned. I highly recommend you go elsewhere. Beware! Today, Fashion Cleaners called the cops because I refused to pay for something that had not been cleaned. I posted my experience on FB and I was surprised to see how many people had similar experiences. I'm posting here, so hopefully you don't. Here are direct quotes from others on my thread... "I am sorry I didn't worn you of this! We faithfully used them for years until about five years ago something changed and their service and customer service became non-existent. I'll testify for you!" "I stopped using them as well. Terrible. Nothing ever looked like it had been touched, except for maybe long enough to rip buttons off...argh." "They are on 7th ave in downtown franklin behind the old library next to the muffler place. They have a second location at 96/Royal Oaks. I won't be returning. I returned about 25 hangers because I had too many at home and heard that the cleaners would recycle. Well, the lady reprimanded me saying rudely, "If you aren't going to sort them, throw them away." I had no idea I needed to sort. Wow - not a thank you. I left aughing in disbelief. Oh well, I am headed to find another cleaners that will treat customers with kindness. read more
