I researched to have My Granddaughter's pants hemmed. I didn't get Price but gave quality work. It was $33 to have her pants hemmed. It cost more for him than I did for the pants. It was probably my fault. I probably should've asked the Price first before she did the measurements had her try the pants on I will not be returning to pay more for him than I did for the pants. read more

Absolutely horrible service. My friend brought her wedding dress here to be freshened up after alternations. They charged over $300 just to return the dress stained and with no compensation or compassion for damage. Would not recommend. Avoid giving them anything you value. read more

Don't Trust them with dresses. They ruined my$400 Sherry Hill dress. They bleach spotted the dress any they said it was like that before I bring it to them. They are Unprofessional I will File a complaint against them. They didn't even say sorry. read more

I do not recommend this business for alterations. My daughter had her prom dress altered. The lady marking dress for alteration first made an ugly remark about my daughter needing to losing 5 pounds so the dress fit a better. Were not that sensitive and both realize my daughter doesn't need to lose any weight so we let that go, although we should have just left. We went to pick up the dress (that cost $650) and she really messed it up. She charged $250 to hem, partially close the slit at bust and move the end place of a zipper in back. All very normal alterations at a very steep price. Not only was the work very sloppy but she even used yellow thread on a hot pink dress for hem. I am so disappointed and we are taking the dress to another highly recommended person to fix the mess that this lady made. I really wish I would have read reviews before trusting her to alter anything. Unprofessional, unkind and unskilled! read more

I have used Sunset Cleaners for over 3 years. Grace is always pleasant and except for broken buttons on dry cleaned shirts I have always been pleased with their work. This includes cleaning my daughter's wedding dress and many alterations. Today was a totally different experience. I had a very nice summer dress cleaned on March 30 after wearing it on vacation. I pulled the dry cleaning tag off when I planned to wear it for the first time this summer. the dress was at least 2 inches shorter with the lining hanging below the dress. When I took the dress in to Grace she simply smiled and said I'm sorry. I was shocked that she took NO responsibility for ruining my dress. She actually suggested that maybe I had gained weight!!! Just wanted to warn you all that use this cleaners that if she ruins your clothing you are out of luck. So sorry that I will have to find a new cleaners read more

Daughter took prom dress in to hem and was charged 100. It's a single layer simple dress. I called immediately and stated they were charging too much and that we would pick it up. Still charged us 20 to just cut it. Will not return for cleaning nor alterations. read more
