Why because when you cut curly hair you take a little off when it's wet and the rest when it's dry. I also had to tell them to blow dry my hair because apparently asking for it isn't enough. I left with short, greasy, frizzy, hair instead of long, soft, straight hair. And the sad thing is...this isn't the first time I've had a problem there. Now I'm stuck with this haircut for at least 8 months.

This was honestly one of the best experiences I've ever had with a salon and stylist. She sat with me for a consultation before getting started. She was very knowledgeable, and took the time to understand my hair. I showed pictures of what I was looking to do. She washed, cut and dried my hair. I was very happy leaving the salon that day.
