All EW do have a 5 day policy that if your not fully happy with the job you can come back in within 5 days to make you happy. I have been to a ton of waxing places. I have had my fair share of good, bad, ugly I really like EW as the concept has raised the bar and has gotten people out of the back room in a hair salon. They have masted the skill because it's all they do day in day out day and night. They never "double-dip" they use a clean and new stick every time!!!!! It's a big deal for my wife she's amazed by this concept. Wax in the morning, Wax in the afternoon, Wax in the middle of the night. The price is not cheap but it's worth it for the services, it's far better them shaving or using that stuff that burns your skin to remove your hair. This location has a lot of good going for it: Staff is friendly and professional, the location is clean, had lots of parking, next to a ton of other stores for you can get stuff done before or after your waxing. All EW have a very strict 5 min late policy, more then 5 min late give the ladies a call. The package deal (wax passes) are definitely a great buy!!!! They are well worth it and you can break the payments in to what works for you. I don't have any cons.

The picture on the left is what I asked for. The picture on the right is the result. I kept telling the stylist that I wanted 'fat spirally curls' like the blonde had and she kept telling me those were waves. Regardless, I tried to make it clear that I wanted curls and said it SEVERAL times and she kept saying that hers and my definition of waves/curls were different. I should have known right then that we were not on the same page and left. 1. The curling rods were old, mostly broken and the stylist brushed it off by laughing when she had to fix them. (one actually snapped in my hair during the first perming chemical process). She didn't even have enough of the two sizes/colors she chose, so had to rearrange my hair a little. Mind you, none of which were large enough to make "fat spirally curls". (Time to get new ones and a wide variety) 2. There were two chemical processes, neither of which were timed / alarm set to ensure my hair was not overdone. The stylist brushed both times off like her alarm just didn't go off, but I watched both times and never saw her set an alarm. The end resulted in some of the blonde highlights in my hair getting literally FRIED OFF! So she had to cut the fried ends in the front creating almost bangs and now I have to tuck the fried ends behind my ears. I have no idea how bad it's going to look when I try to pull my hair up. Sadly, I chalked it up like it was no big deal, because I just wanted to get out of there; literally trying not to cry. 3. She was extremely scattered, unorganized and in my opinion, unprofessional. She seemed to be too busy either texting her daughter reminders, responding to her friend's drama via iPhone/Apple Watch or something else. Which shows .... Overall, my experience wasn't the greatest and my hair is a result of it. I will not be going back to this Salon.
