Very happy with how my manicure and pedicure turned out. Cute little nail salon with very nice staff. They take credit card but cash tips only. Definitely call ahead to make an appointment. The salon itself is very clean. Every tool they used appeared sterile which was appreciated. The service never felt rushed. They had the TV playing Food Network but if you're fond of that, maybe bring your headphones in while they work on your nails. Adorable local nail salon. My first time at this salon and likely will not be back. I had different people for my pedicure and manicure- my pedi was done by a male and he was good. My mani was terrible- it just wasn't good. Work was sloppy. See photos. It was an older lady. They are nice here but I much rather just do it myself than pay for what I got. read more

I definitely didn't get what I wanted, and it sucks knowing I'm getting married in a day, and I got stuck with such crappy nails. I asked for purple and white ombre, but it's definitely not what I got. I really wish I went with a solid color. I'm not the type to have them redo my nails,plus by the time she was done I was in too much pain to have her fix them. Such a waste of $60 read more

Diana has been my nail tech go to girl who was recommended to me after I moved to the Desert 7 1/2 years ago she is the most professional person I've ever had since I started with acrylic nails and Gel over them . they last more than 3+ week. she also does all of my pedicures. regular pedicure as well as her Spa treatments. and of course I have to mention her expertise in waxin. she also does microderaplane on eyebrows. Need my nails fixed. They did a decent job. I have my issues with them but i didn't have super high expectations. WHAT I AM UNHAPPY ABOUT IS MY PRICE. so they charged me $100 (with out tip) for Acrylic and gel polish and a polish removal and gel added to my toes.... that wasn't a pedicure. She hardly soaked my feet. And did a 30 second rub. Definitely not a $50 pedi. So I didn't have the time to argue the lady who checked me in left and took a client in the back and my nail lady literally stood by me till I tipped her with her purse in hand then left the building. Only lady left was the pedi lady and she wasn't one of may words. So attached is a price list of their prices listed in salon... MY NAILS ARE MY REQL NAILS. No fake nails no add one just my nails. Typically I get gel (UV gel. NOT GEL POLISH) But they gave me acrylic and then a gel polish over it. (Kinda like a full set fill with out the fake nails) Listed on their menus that should put me at 45$ for a FULL SET. AND MY PEDI even still is only priced at $40.... not sure how they got $100 was tip included?? If so why was my technician waiting for me to cash tip her? I feel extremely ripped off and tooken advantage of. I explained to them I was in a hurry trying to pass two hours while my mom was down the street having surgery. As a former small business owner this isn't the way u run a business. I really hope this isn't how you guys typically operate. read more

I needed a mani/pedi redone for Easter and chose this based off of the reviews. I'm very happy with my choice. :) The place was clean, service was reasonably priced and she had a high attention to detail. One of my nails was chipped and she offered to fix it with a fake one which came out great. When a nail didn't look right, she stopped to redo it. I did the dipping powder which is new to me but apparently been around for a while. She made sure my nails looked clean, even and perfect. I also liked that she cleaned my cuticles with the dipping manicure. My other place wanted to charge an extra $10 for that even though the dipping manicure was already $15 more than gel!! :/ I do wish she hadn't made them so squared but I'll communicate that better next time. The deluxe pedi was really nice, too. The color could've been a tad more even. I'll definitely be back, though. read more

I came here on Friday night while visiting my mom and needed a mani pedi. I got a gel mani and regular pedi. It's been only 5 days and my nails are chipping. This has never happened this soon when I get gel. When you pay $30 for gel you expect it to last the stated 2 weeks. If I lived closer I would go get a refund. :( read more

i got my nails done here a couple of days ago. the owner is the absolute sweetest and she did an amazing job on my nails. She listen to me super well about what shape and design i wanted and would adjust everything to my preference. i found it very hard to find a nail salon like that so i thank her so much ! the only thing i found weird was that when she was doing my gel acrylic she didn't put a bottom coat down... idk if she forgot or they normally don't put one on. i would just make sure you ask for a bottom and top coat! definitely would come here again and pricing was pretty good for the shape and design i asked for read more

Sadly, I was so disappointed with this service...the reviews were so positive. First, the salon itself is in desperate need of an update / refresh / remodel. The ceiling is stained and gross, the fabric on the massage chairs are horrifically cracked and dilapidated and the decor is old, tired, and dirty. I tried to keep an open mind, given the pandemic and that businesses are barely surviving, I just hoped for a solid service. The pricing is not super cheap, at least in my experiences. Hey simple manicure and pedicure - without any rubs, scrubs, massage extras, send me back $50 plus tip. Unfortunately this was not the case you can see the pictures to see the results. I walked in to an empty salon which should have been my first clue but when I showed a photo of what I wanted, they assured me they could do it. I wanted almond shaped nude nails with a glitter ombré which is something I've gotten at many salons in the past. I was in the chair for over 2 hours and finally made the guy take off the clumpy mess he was making and put a basic color over the thick, poorly shaped mess he created on my nails just so I could get out of there. They knew I was unhappy and didn't get what I asked for and they still had the gall to charge me $35 for a fill. Worst experience ever! read more

Best manicure I've ever gotten! Cindy is absolutely amazing. She is so meticulous, making sure that everything is absolutely perfect and takes her time. The gel manicure was on the longer side but that was because of Cindy's attention to detail and I didn't mind waiting longer because she did such a good job. I'll have a hard time getting a gel manicure from anyone else now. Also a sidenote, her English is absolutely perfect which made communicating with her a whole lot easier. read more

Not a good experience. Instead of using foils to take my polish off the nail tech used the filing wheel. By the time she got the polish off my nails were destroyed. They were paper thin and continued to break and tear for weeks after. Not only was it the most expensive place I had ever gone to in the area, but I needed to pay cash which I wasn't told until I was done. Because I didn't have enough cash I had to go to an ATM and return the next day. They were closing shortl. read more

I was running about 15 minutes late to my nail appointment and Diana was still so accommodating. I was only scheduled for a gel pedicure, but last minute had asked for a gel manicure also. Diana and her mom both worked on my nails and they made me feel so welcome and not a burden. I had a couple of my toe nails falling off because they tore from having such long nails from the pandemic, but Diana did a great job repairing it. This is one of my favorite places to get my nails done in Rancho Mirage - I actually won't go anywhere else now. Diana, the owner, is so sweet and her work is impeccable. Every time I've gone here I get great service and compliments on my nails too. Make sure to look into the different pedicures - I got the Deluxe Pedicure recently and my feet are SO soft. I'm from out of town so yelp is always a big help for me. The reviews are super accurate for this place. I got my shellac nails and a pedicure done for $55. Picked this place because of the reviews, but was very disappointed. Had an appointment for 2, and when we went in, there was apparently only one guy who could do finger nails. But there was several people in the back which we found odd. So we had to wait for each other. My nails were fine, but my daughters nails turned out aweful. One of her nails broke the same night, so she returned the next day, and they said that the girl that did acrylics wasn't in, dont they all do nails? Also odd. Then the guys put on gel color but did not put them under the lamp so they were blotchy. She had to get nails re-done in 2 weeks. Will not return read more

I really like this place! We were in town for vacation and I wanted to treat myself to a mani pedi. The place is really cute and clean!! The service was fantastic and they were all so friendly. They made me feel welcome and cared for. My nails came out great and I felt so pampered and relaxed. I love this place so much I'm treating my girls to a gel mani pedi too. Our first visit - we were there for pedicures without an appointment. Got right in and had a very nice pedicure. The leg massage was perfect, not too hard but very long. We upgraded to the 2nd level, can't remember what it was called. Nice and tidy, mature employees that were very friendly. I've been successful in finding a place that have a beautiful mani/pediI am VERY particular about shape and the thickness of my mani/pedi. I was all enjoyed talking back AND forth with them. I used to live in Rancho Mirage and this is my "go to" nail salon!! The shop had other brands but I usually just stick with OPI products!!
