First time in today and it was a terrific experience! Jacklyn absolutely knocked it out of the park! I love short dip nails and simple neutral designs and typically I feel like techs want to talk me into flashy colors and up charges. Not here!! She totally did as I asked and we had a lovely conversation during it all. The cleanliness of this place is also beyond anything I have ever seen before! Not even dust on the decor. The decor is also on point, perfectly cozy while maintaining professionalism! Cannot wait to go back!

Terrible Nail Service Caused an Ingrown Nail I had one of the worst experiences here. The nail tech was rough and careless during the pedicure, and shortly after, I developed a painful ingrown nail. I've never had this issue before going to this salon. Very disappointed and will not be returning. Be cautious if you care about your foot health. Had to go down the street to pay extra to fix my toes. read more

Tom was amazing! He did my pedicure and had great vibes and was talkative and very interested. He makes you feel very comfortable!. Nail lady's were also very nice and intrigued with any conversation. Did an amazing job on the nails and pedicure. Very funny. 10/10 would go again. read more

Love to visit this Nail Salon! CN Nails is a family owned business and I have been to most of their salons consistently for the last 17 years. I have noticed they are always updating their salons to have the latest products and equipment. Over the years, I have seen the chairs replaced, new flooring, remodeling and updated nail stations. A Proper manicure and pedicure for a male is hard to find where they don't just cut your nails and put some lotion on you and send you on your way. All the products were from name brand companies and not from a mystery bottle and the attention to detail was great. I added a massage on my pedi and it was very fair at a 1$ per min and was the real deal. I highly recommend this spot! read more

I came here they squeezed me in last minute and I had a pedicure. She did such a fabulous job (my toes are complicated as I'm a distance runner) and took care of every little imperfection of my toes that existed. She was amazing and the gel came out gorgeous! I was a bit difficult because they didn't have my forever color funny bunny and I was annoying changing my mind every time abt the color. They are great I'll be back asap! Love them!!! read more

Since they like to try and remove google reviews here's mine here I'm new to the area, and I saw all the reviews on this place with some people mentioning of someone cutting them... so I was hesitant. I Came here anyways for the first time and it was an absolute nightmare. I got a pedicure and the lady doing it cut me multiple times it was really stressing me out. I've never experienced such pain in my life from getting a pedicure. Afterwards, I was hoping to have my nails done by someone else but the same lady did my nails and again cut me multiple times and was scrapping the nail file vigorously against my skin.. I bled on 3 fingers! She didn't take care of the hangnails or cuticles properly. She left paint on my skin... it was just a really bad job and a REALLY BAD impression. I will not be returning. And believe everyone else that said they were cut because I was too!! Seriously don't go here it was a bad experience and the fact that they try to report my google review is even more shady read more

They are so friendly and Quan (sorry if I spelled it wrong) did the best dipped nails I have ever had. He pays attention to every detail and they look beautiful! They also gave my 5yr old granddaughter the cutest Tiffany blue nails! I found my nail salon! The shop is so cute! Definitely check them out. read more

Well the shop now has new staff. And I have to say,since Jackie took over I can officially give this place 5stars. My old nail lady Amy was good (lacked the IT factor) Jackie is amazing. HORRIBLE AND INCREDIBLY RUDE. I called and asked if they had time for a walk-in in an hour and the woman I spoke to said she would be able to help me in one hour. I arrived an hour later and THE SAME woman I spoke to on the phone said they were too busy and couldn't help me. I showed her the confirmation text that she sent me and this woman lied to my face and said it wasn't her. I called her phone in front of her thinking she would stop lying but she instead said, that I never responded to her. While looking at the text thread with my responses confirming the appointment and then later when I was on my way. She is just simply a liar and I would avoid this shop because they will waste your time and then just lie about it to save face. read more

HORRIBLE PLACE! Owner was so rude....... speechless! Usually your supposed to accommodate the customer to what they want. First off they are so picky with appointments.. they text you and don't answer their phone? so dumb and unprofessional! Second off, i came to get a pedicure and full set.. didn't have time to get a pedicure but they insisted I get it because "they weren't ready for my full set" when I had appointments for both anyways! Didn't know it had to be done a certain order. Lady was rude when she told me. They also did the same thing to someone else who went in! They left upset too.no wonder they don't have any clientele! First & last time i go to this place! read more

My mother and I have been coming to see Jacqueline for over 2 years now, FAITHFULLY. I have stopped coming to her for multiple reasons: 1) you will NEVER get in at the time you SCHEDULED with her 2) she is notorious for putting another client into your scheduled time slot and either (A) make you wait or (B) say "don't kill me" and have you reschedule. Not only does she do this, but she no longer does a good job. My mother and I went to her for so long because she would take her time and do a BEAUTIFUL job on our nails, prices were FAIR for the work she'd do. But NOW? Now she rushes through every single set, half does the work, and does not care if something is wrong. YES you read that right, she DOES NOT CARE. I've asked her to clean my nails before placing tips on, her exact words "for what? It's not going to matter once I put the color." Umm EWW! My mother was told she [Jacqueline] was changing what my mom already had because it was "faster for her." Not to mention one of her nails does not sit straight on her nail. When brought to Jacqueline's attention, she refused to fix it. For being regular customers for OVER 2 years and to be treated so poorly is upsetting. I will NEVER be back to this establishment. Ladies, do not even get me started on the pedicures... this place is a waste of time, money, and energy. If you like great, heck even good work, and proper treatment, DO NOT COME HERE. read more

I don't get the luxury of getting my nails done very often because of my employers strict rules on manicures but when I do get to, this is where I go. Pedicure is always on point and my gel acrylics last more than 2 weeks. read more

This is hand down the best nail place in the desert! I have tried my fair share of nail places in the desert when CN Nails is busy and I always come back because other places just doesn't compare to this one. I typically get dip powder and I love how great the quality of powders they use are and my nails will last at least a month because of great they prep my nails! On top of that, every design I've shown they've been able to do it perfectly and they are precise yet quick!! If you don't get your nails done here, you're missing out for sure! Also make sure to call ahead of time to check their availability because sometimes they can be booked! read more

Got pedicures with my friend. Both us have never gotten pedicures EVER and our first experience here was amazing. The massage and whole process was relaxing and just overall great. I absolutely love this nail salon!!! This will be my second time getting my nails done here and the are so nice and professional. The only tip I can give is to call and book an appointment they are small close knit group that take there time making sure everything is amazing. I came here to get plain acrylics with no polish on them and they charged me $53 for just plain nails with no gel, polish or clear on top of them. I asked for square coffin and they gave me square. And to top it off I had the acrylic all over my skin around my nails, I had to come home and get the nail clippers and clip the acrylic off my skin. Definitely don't recommend this place for acrylic nails at least read more

If this review were only about the technicians, it would be much higher. Unfortunately, the ongoing issue is scheduling and management. I always call ahead to book an appointment, but when I arrive there's often an excuse as to why I can't be seen on time. I'm frequently asked to wait an extra 20-30 minutes sitting in a chair, even though I had a confirmed appointment. It feels like the salon is consistently overbooked and understaffed. I don't think the staff is at fault they're clearly doing their best--but as a client, it's frustrating when time isn't respected. When you schedule an appointment, you expect to be seen close to that time, especially when you plan your day around it. I'm sharing this in hopes that management takes a closer look at how appointments are handled, because the team here really is great. Better scheduling would make a big difference.

We were both gagged we didn't know what to say except laugh nervously and say that she's a good mixture of the both of us. When I say I'm going through hell, health issues has been one of them and she doesn't even use her brain and think, she just sat there and judged and laughed with her associate. I've come here so many times for a couple of years when I was getting my nails and toes done regularly. I always told people to come here if they asked for a nice nail place to go to, especially when I had people from out of town when I would do Uber. And I have never not given a tip. I am a very generous tipper. I gave them ZERO tip. Why would I give a tip to two disrespectful and rude women who laughed in my face and hurt my feelings for absolutely NO effing reason? I bought the $65 lemongrass delux spa pedicure for both my daughter and I, and that's how I get treated? I will absolutely never go here again and I'll tell everyone who asks for a recommendation that if they want to be blatantly disrespected and laughed at and mocked, then sure they can come here. I had to force myself not to cry on the spa chair for the remainder of the pedicure, I couldn't even enjoy the rest of it and it ruined my entire evening. I got home and cried and cried because I finally got a pedicure done for the first time in well over a year, and I got embarrassed and disrespected like that in front of my daughter and other clients, who kept looking at us every time those women said something mean and rude to me. I've never had this happen to me before. I always leave a nail salon feeling myself and this time I left in tears and now I want to cry every time I look at my toes. She criticized my toenail length right off the bat and my actual toes and toe shape. So if she's wondering why she and her little meangirl associate friend got zero tip, that's why. You lost my business and I will tell everyone else to stay away. Such a shame. I loved you guys. way to make someone going through hell in her personal life who only wanted to feel pretty and share some nice mommy/daughter time like shit and it was ruined by two rude, mean, arrogant, judgmental women. Disgusting honestly. I did not do a damn thing to deserve that treatment and I even tried laughing it off but they kept going and going and finally I just had to watch the World Cup game on my phone and stopped engaging in conversation because I just wanted to break down and cry

Instead of simply adjusting them, she responded, "Why are you asking me this now?" in a rude tone and threw her tools into her cart because she was upset. Later, I asked if she could paint one nail with a color I was deciding between so I could compare it. After seeing it, I politely asked if we could use a different color instead. She became visibly irritated and said, "This is what you asked for," then continued painting with the color I had just said I didn't want, even after I repeated that I wanted to change it. The entire experience made me feel uncomfortable, and I won't be returning.

I got an extremely fucked up septum piercing here with chip and his gorilla wife. Not only did he…read morepierce it extremely low, crooked, AND the ball fell off immediately which is further proof he was rushing and did not tighten it. He blamed me for "twitching". If you look at the piercing where he initially started before said twitch you will see that he already placed the piercing far too low. I got a lobe and septum. He never counted down nor did he talk to me before or after the piercing and I believe he used the same needle. I received NO care sheet or instructions on how to take care of my piercing. The whole experience was god awful. When I politely asked if it was supposed to be that low him and his wife said yes. After feeling like I fucked up my whole face in the car and crying I built the courage to kindly and discreetly inform them of this. They tell him that "I don't like it" and he says, "Well if she doesn't like it she can take it out." He was obviously very upset. mind you, during the piercing, he made me extremely uncomfortable and when I tried to hold my cousins hand he gave me no warning or time to. He yelled at me while holding the needle to my nose while I was fighting him that I'm not ready and I need to hold my cousins hand, he protests "No, No, No! You're not gonna hold her hand. No you're gonna mess me up!! Stop moving, I need you straight. No no no no holding nothing no" mind you I have a video of me sitting straight only moving my hand to get some support. I don't understand why somebody would continue to pierce my flesh with a needle in these conditions. or why he was rushing to do this. He made me extremely uncomfortable. So the ladies prep a chair to TAKE OUT MY FRESHLY PIERCED SEPTUM. IF YOU ARE A PROFESSIONAL THEN YOU KNOW PIERCING 101 YOU NEVER TAKE A FRESHLY PIERCED PIERCING OUT. IT CAN CAUSE IRRUPT AND IRRATIONAL BLEEDING. He obviously had no idea what he was doing and his wife began to give me attitude because I said I wanted a refund at this point. (I still hadn't spoke to him directly he had his back turned to me.) His wife stands by his side (good for her, go down with your husband queen) saying they've done this for years. I could not believe their reaction to my complaint. She was smiling in my face repeating their idiotic solution to my problem which again i was "If you don't like it take it out we've been doing this for years." "It's not that I don't like it you guys messed up my face and now you're trying to do more damage when all I'm asking for is a refund. You can't take out a piercing so obviously you haven't been doing this for that long or he is not professional." "He's right there if you wanna tell him he's bad" she said that with a condescending face as if to strike fear in me. I turned to him and had pretty much the same argument with him except he gave me my refund and turned extremely pissy. I'm honestly surprised he didn't piss himself the way his neck vein came out. Overall terrible experience. I feel bad for the other people that have to work with this toxic couple. They obviously have a terrible relationship and are placing the weight of their troubles on their business. I should have been much more upset at these imbeciles for fucking up my face. There was a girl there who did my friends piercing before mine even though I arrived before her and I wish I had gotten her. Maybe if they weren't trying to rush through and had common sense they'd leave the job to the professionals. It's clear this place will suffer due to the managements clear ineptitude and hot headed service. Inshallah Karma does it's thing.
