Came in for a pedicure and it was horrible. Saturday afternoon and the place was empty.....should have been my first red flag. I sit down for a pedicure and the lady has her phone on playing a video super loud. She completely rushed my pedicure and was scrolling Facebook while giving me a massage with one hand. Between the loud phone and her rushing I wasn't relaxed and enjoying it at all. Then she hurt me multiple times while shaping my nails. I would give zero or negative stars if it were possible. On a Thursday I took my mom for a pedicure because my cousin was getting married that weekend. The girl that did my moms pedi looked really young so I asked how old she was she said she was a Junior in high school so I was like red flag but then I thought it's probably an ROP class so I asked her if she had her license or in cosmetology courses she said NO. another red flag. I should have stopped her there and asked for someone else with a license but the salon was so busy and we were in a hurry. So I just let it go. Big mistake in my part now my mom has an infection on her toe. It hurts her to wear close- toed shoes. Is it legal for them to have a 17 year old girl without a license to work on clients? read more

I won't go here again. The nail tech did a pedi and peeled to much of my skin off that then became infected. I showed up an hour and half before closing and they said not a problem but then rushed me put before my toes were done drying. The nail polish I chose apparently was almost out. I told her I can get another color. She said not a problem they had more and then stretched what was left and didn't have any extra. The polish was old so it was smooth. Very upset! Ruined my entire evening! Dropped in to try a new place out. There were four people in shop and only one could do acrylics. They never spoke to me and had conversations amongst each other in their native language. I felt like a ghost. I came I to shop later than expected and didn't realized they closed at five. They said they could still take me. The last rushed through my appt and did a horrific job. She had to ask multiple times what I wanted because she didn't listen to me. By five-twenty they were trying to rush me out the door by all four of them coming over and starring at me until nails were complete. They refused to take my credit card and asked for cash though the credit machine was working. There was no sign about cash only. The nails cost $28 and I gave a $50. The lady only gave me $20 in return. I asked again how much but she didn't give me correct back. Plus all four employees spent time counting their cash from the day in front of me. Better yet, at 103 degrees outside, they didn't run the AC and there were flies everywhere. When they kicked me out the locked up behind me and didn't clean the shop. I hope I don't get an infection! If I could put 0 stars I would. Quinn burned my face and left a bunch of markings after waxing my face. Afterward I went back and nicely asked for my money back. She argued it wasn't a burn and it was just irritated. And put medicine on it and said it would go away in a couple hours. I waited 3 hours and it got worse so I went back. She did not want to give me back the entire $25 because she did my eyebrows and only wanted to give me back $15. She was very rude and after constantly asking to just give me back my money she did, but threw it on the floor for me to pick up. I was not rude at any moment I just wanted my money back and be done with the place. I will never go back to someone who is so rude and does this much damage to my face. read more

RIP OFF! Gel manicure consist of a coat or two of nail polish and a final coat of gel. Went in ...in am. I was one of two customers. Asked for gel polish on my natural nails to maintain length. I was rushing for a meeting. So, I didn't get a good look at the finished product until I was back at my office. My first thought was it looked as if I barely had any polish on. Okay, I need to clear things up on the bad reviews. I've been coming to this salon for a few months now and I love it! My friend was visiting from louisana and showed me the yelp reviews online when I brought her in, I don't use yelp but I'm doing this because these ladies need the support. I get my pedicure and shellac on my nails every two weeks. Usually Ellie does my feet and Qiyen does my nails. They take their time on me and I love the massage. Both of them are very detailed with the job. They need to be credited for their hard work!!! read more

I took my daughters here to get a pedicure with me. I had made an appointment for all of us for 2:00. The employees had the girls and I get in the pedi chairs when we got there. Customers came in meanwhile that had no appointment and the workers told them they would still do their nails, etc....... We waited in the pedi chairs while the only two workers helped the walk-ins. Finally it was our turn. The lady employee talked my girls into having their nails done for only $5.00 and design for free. I agreed. My daughters and my pedi's and their mani's both looked fine. However within the first day all of their nail color is peeling off. I feel very ripped off for our services. Not only was the customer service poor by allowing others to intervene on our appointment time but the quality of work is very poor. Our bill came out to more than we were told but the employee was on her cell phone while I was paying, so I could not dispute it. The other employee had disappeared. Ok so this place totally sucks. I bought my mom a $50 gift certificate from the owner herself. (They have changed owners about 2 years ago) and so I took my mom to redeem it and you won't believe what happened.... when the service was done and we took out the gift certificate the owner denied it! Yes! She had the audacity to say it wasn't from her store. Might I add you the address is imprinted on the certificate. I told her I personally bought it from her and all she said was the initials weren't hers. Once again, I reiterated she sold it to me and she said sorry not hers. Made me sick to my stomach. This was by far the worst pedicure I have EVER had. My regular salon was closed for a private party so I decided to try out this one....BAD idea. First off, the place was empty. First clue. The lady sat my daughter and I down and the pedicure water looked like straight urine. It was yellow. I'm sorry, but it should be pleasing to the eye....blue, green...something other than looking like pee. She didn't speak to me, she just smacked my feet every time she wanted me to do something like put it in the water, take it out etc....rude. Then she starts filing my nails, noooo my skin. I'm literally jumping out of my chair in pain and she's totally unphased. Then she butchers my cuticles and I'm gasping in pain, again she's unphased, totally unaware I'm dying...either that or she didn't give a damn. Then she spritzed me with alcohol, again, I'm dying. My daughter is in the chair next to me scared because she's afraid the lady working on her is about to do the same kind of job on her. She went through all the steps so fast the towels my feet were sitting on were wet and uncomfortable ( some spa pedicure) She painted my nails so fast I had bubbles in the polish. They never put us under the ultra violet light to dry our polish even though they have one there and the place was empty. In fact as soon as she put my top coat on super thick, within two minutes she was putting my flip flops on and asking for payment! I was mumbling to my daughter...never ever again. In fact I wish I hadn't even tipped them! It wasn't even worth the $20. It looks like a 5 year old did them. How they are even in business is beyond me. This place is usually really good. They know my mother in law really well, so in other words they have seen me a few times. I went in there today alone and it was all fine and loved my service. I asked for my nails done and explained how I wanted them done and my toes painted. So when it came to my toes the lady asked do you want a massage I told her no, take a break. But later on she still did. So I was like okay if you insist. Then I get to the register and it's $70. I'm pissed! She said you said you wanted a pedi and a mani and other said no I know what I asked for. Long story short were going back and fourth and she's being hella rude.she told me I don't know what I'm talking about and said I don't need to come back. I said I don't want to argue and this is embarrassing but that's not what I asked for. I stated we miscommunicated and she said no you don't know what your talking about.
