Cute & trendy clothes for a great price! I've been shopping here for years & I have always been satisfied with their quality.

The store staff is very unprofessional. My daughter and I came by to check out clothes for back to school shopping. Sign posted on the door said they close at 8, so I though, cool, we have 20 mins til they close. They had already locked the doors, but there was still people shopping. So I knocked because an employee was hanging clothes up by the door. She turned to look at me and I pointed to their store hours sign and had my phone up showing the time. Felt like a Karen, but they still weren't closed, and when she opened the door I explained that, and the employee blurted out "I dont make the rules." Every single person was just staring at us as we walked in. Lol. Maybe dont own a business if you cant honor the hours you have posted on your door. Used to shop here all the time when I was younger and was excited to take my teen shopping there, but I dont mind taking my money elsewhere. read more

The plus size options are extremely limited. I've seen bigger selections at other stores of this size and this one has like 1/8th off the store dedicated to plus size. You're better off looking online or at Ross. No one came up to me to provide service but that's normal. I'm only giving it 2 stars for the lack of options. Was looking around and found cute dresses and sweaters for a cheap price however they do not allow you to try on and felt like someone was behind me come to find out one of the employees was following me and had also checked to see if there alarm system worked by passing by with their own merchandise to see if the alarm goes off . read more

Love dressing like a classy slut? This is the place to shop baby! I used to hit this spot ALL the time after I went booth tanning down the street 2-3 days out of the week. It's obviously Korean-owned since the name of the place starts with "Fashion". Haha :) They have a great selection of cocktail dresses, clubbing dresses, work blouses, work pants AND some of the BEST deals on skinny jeans! They have tons of fitting rooms in the back (just make sure you let someone know you wanna try on clothes, sometimes they take forever to get to you - I remember the staff being younger Latina girls and like 2 older Korean women). They also have shoes, lingerie and accessories here (just like any other fashion boutique you'll find in the SoCal area). I definitely MISS having an affordable option of finding form-fitting clothes all in one store. YES! I like when a store carries XS! Makes the tata's pop more! ;) read more

This place is now called Fashion Q. They sell pretty cheap clothes but they don't allow you to try it on. PLUS you can't return the clothes and get your money back. Only get store credit. BS! Plus the customer service sucks! The ppl they hire are probably not trained on how to help customers. Instead of helping you look for something they say "all we have is what's out" AND they don't even greed you or acknowledge you. read more

Came here on a whim while shopping before dinner. Store has cute stuff, but I didn't find anything I wanted to try on. My friends found some cute dresses but the store did not have their sizes. Definitely worth a look around if you forgot a club dress or cute sweater. The staff was nice enough where they greeted you and then left you alone to shop. read more

I've been going here for years, and I still wear the cute dresses I bought when I was in HS haha. Good selection of dresses, tops and pants for cheap prices (I'd say the average dress is $18). They've got some accessories and shoes as well, and a plus size section. I always find it funny how throughout the years, they always emphasize the consequences for shoplifting at their store. There's pictures of people getting handcuffed, warning signs all over the dressing rooms, etc. So don't do it, it's already cheap here! read more

I came to this store looking for non prescription color contacts. They have a variety of colors at the counter. The 2 korean women that were managing the store seemed to be a little indifferent but once I struck up a conversation, one of them was very friendly. They also have a variety of clothes that you may find at stores like Forever 21. Quality is "meh" but their price point is pretty cheap. And they have the latest trends. Along with a pair of contacts, I got a chiffon floral "kimono" style shirt for only $12.99. This review is solely based on an experience I had with an employee. I came here about a week ago and had the most awful experience by a worker named Berenice. Contrary to what her name conveys, she is not very nice. She is Beremean. I came in looking for a birthday present for my cousin and needed assistance. Therefore, I approached Berenice on bringing some shirts down for me and instead of helping me she continued to utilize her phone. Not only was she using her phone during work, but she also had a bad attitude. She was rude. Her behavior was appalling. I hope employees like her get fired for demonstrating awful costumer service. I certaintly wil not come back to this store. I will take my business elsewhere to a place where employees display a good attitude and are eager to help out their customers. read more

This is seriously one of the best stores ever and has saved my ass numerous times. Everything's really cheap, and the clothes are so unique. No cookie cutter dresses here! They also have fantastic customer service and make exceptions to their policies if you talk with them. They have everything from Hello Kitty shirts to slacks, pantsuits, and summer dresses. If you ever want to go to a dance or an occasion and need to dress up a little bit, this place should be your first stop, guaranteed you'll find things you at least like a whole lot. I had to buy a pantsuit once and this was my go-to store. I ended up leaving with a pair of slacks, a really cool black shirt with small ruffles, and a blazer for $40. Seriously. Amazing. I also was just in here the other day because I got a new job and needed another pair of slacks. Found a great pair for $15. I'm in the middle of a weight-loss process, and when I'm back to the size I was two years ago (I WILL get there), I'm going to come back here and splurge on all the cute summer dresses that I've never been confident enough to wear. read more

I live near Cypress, Ca and was so happy to hear that a store was opening in my area. I went to the store at 10am this morning to try and go before work. The store was st ill not open at 10:10 so I left. Another woman was also waiting and left. I then came to work and called the store at 11am to see if they carried a specific boot I was looking for. She said " we carry alot of boots but I cannot go check and see if we have that one. you gotta come in" I then told her that I was at the tore and they did not open at 10 as the sign said and she said "yeah, sorry about that!". I will NEVER shop at this location and you can bet the other woman will not be either. Customer service at it's worst! read more

Worst customer service EVER! Took my daughter at 6:43 and they were shutting the doors. I asked the girl, "don't you guys close at 7:00?" This store is definitely a hit or miss for me. Every once in a while they get cute stuff but quality sucks. Prices are great though. Customer Service is mediocre. One day I went in and didn't find anything I liked so I decided to buy two bandeaus. The lady at the register told me I couldn't purchase them with my debit card because the purchase needs to be $10 or more. So I just left kind of annoyed prob won't come back for a while! read more

one of my favorite places to shop! i get tired of shopping at forever21 or charlotte russe sometimes because so many other people would have the same thing i have! this place is definitely the place to go if you're looking for some vegas outfits cause they have some cute tops and dresses. prices are way better than forever21. the only complaint i would have is the return policy. there's no return, but you can exchange within 7days. actually, dresses are final sale. oh and it's super clean and organized here too =) read more

Horrible horrible customer service! Got a tank top (didn't try it on in the store) so I got home and realized its small. So I went to the store and ask if I can exchange it the manager said no with an attitude and said its on sale. So I pointed out the rack where I got it and ask a sales associate but she herself has no clue, she said I need to talk to the manager again but man the manager barely speak english! IRRITATING! I work late until 7:00 pm and have school in the mornings as well as I have a 9 month old daughter too. My mother also works late and we couldn't make it to fashion avenue until a little later because of personal reasons such as feeding and bathing my daughter before her bed time at 8. Once my fiance gets home to watch the baby we leave. So my mother and I get to the store at 8:50 and clearly the sign says it closes at 9:00 pm! Lights were still on and customers were still in the store shopping. The door was locked and gates looked like they were about to be shut too because they were pulled all the way to the doors. UM HELLO we needed clothes for the weekend because we were going out of town for the whole weekend for a wedding and today was the only day we could make it due to busy schedules. This store is also right around the corner which is why we like to shop there for clothes. Its convenient. Once we get there my mother knocks on the glass door and points at her watch stating its only 8:50 and we have money to spend and clothes to shop for quickly. We weren't trying to stay there all night. We realized it closed in 10 minutes! I also wanted to get in and get out quickly cause the sleeping baby was at home with daddy and I just wanted to get back. ANYWAYS, she points to her watch saying it's only 8:50 and one of the female workers fans her off and shrugs her shoulders and says oh well! What rude customer service! It's basically Forever 21 on drugs in a good way; they carry all the usual LA cheap brands. I've been shopping here, a few times a year, for nearly 10 years. If you're looking for top quality items you wouldn't go to a bargain boutique in the first place, but if you're a private shopper looking for a massive selection of cheap, fashion-forward trendy things, the type of stuff you might wear a few times and then turn it into something totally different, this is your place. I like the Cypress (Katella) shop better than its sister in Fountain Valley. Their salespeople leave you alone; the fitting rooms are roomy.
