Sign posted on the door said they close at 8, so I though, cool, we have 20 mins til they close. They had already locked the doors, but there was still people shopping. So I knocked because an employee was hanging clothes up by the door. She turned to look at me and I pointed to their store hours sign and had my phone up showing the time. Felt like a Karen, but they still weren't closed, and when she opened the door I explained that, and the employee blurted out "I dont make the rules." Every single person was just staring at us as we walked in. Lol. Maybe dont own a business if you cant honor the hours you have posted on your door. Used to shop here all the time when I was younger and was excited to take my teen shopping there, but I dont mind taking my money elsewhere.

I feel bad for the young girls working here because they seem really scared of her. She needs to be taught on how to treat customers because you can't be running a retail store when you have poor customer service skills.
