The owners are pretty rude. The associates don't help you out. And the hours of operation are based on when the owner wants to close. Today is Sunday. On yelp and Google maps and the notice outside says open until 7:00 pm. We came here at 6:00 to do some light shopping. The fitting rooms close like an hour early I guess. So we were lucky to get a fitting room. I would recommend asking first if the fitting rooms are open so you can try on the clothes Their return policies are very strict so you're better off trying it and being sure than just taking it and not getting your money back since they only give store credit. As time got closer to 6:30, with no prior warning when we walked in at 6:00, you can just hear the owner saying that the registers and the store are closed. BE AWARE WHEN YOU BUY HERE! I purchased some pants and were too big on me so I decided to go exchange them, I had my receipt and they said they could not exchange because the pants didn't have the tags. The receipt states you have 14 days to exchange with the receipt but says nothing about the store tags. Well the worker and the manager did not honor their own exchange policy. Horrible experience here, I would not be recommending this place nor purchasing here anymore. Management and employees are very rude here. read more

There is no customer service here. No greetings, no "can I help you with anything?", nothing. The one and only thing I was told by an employee was that my sale was final. No refunds, no exchanges, no store credit. I bought a bodysuit, which I understand should be final sale and a cute top. The words FINAL SALE sounded so Permanent. The manager/ owner is unfriendly and rude. Judging by the collage of photos of caught shoplifters displayed near the front entrance, she must not think too highly of her clientele. The right side of the store is filled with mostly small sizes, medium and large. No XL, which happens to be my size unfortunately. The left side is 1x, 2x, 3x and I believe they had 4x too. If you're looking for a cute top or dress to wear out, and don't mind paying shopping mall prices, then fashion Q is the place to go. Will I become a regular shopper here? Probably not, but I know where to go when I need something cute and quick and (final). read more

I'm very disappointed with this store. This store does not have a good return or exchange policy. It does not accommodate its customers. Buyer beware! If you purchase something and it doesn't fit, you can only exchange once and no returns are accepted. I can see this being ok, if they had the fitting rooms open but given that we can't try on the clothes due to COVID, more flexibility should be given to the customers. You can only return items for store credit, given in a form of a receipt so if you loose that receipt, you are out of luck. I am all about a flexible return/exchange policy and customer service. Needless to say when buying for my niece, I need more flexibility so I will not be returning to this store. Forever 21 has a similar youthful style with competitive prices and an excellent return/exchange policy. I will be shopping at forever 21 instead. read more

Do not shop here!! Horrible management. The mangers that work here are so rude to customers and workers. I was the a while ago and one of the sales associate was helping me find some clothes and the manager named heiley literally yelled at her in front of everyone saying that she was just sitting around doing nothing,I she was literally helping me!! I can tell she wanted to cry! fyi all the workers there are so sweet! The managers Lisa and Heiley need to be fired now! No company should have managers that treat their workers like shit! I had the worst experience shopping here twice already. The fact that I had to see the manager by the name of Heiley make an associate cry today was so terrible and made my shopping experience very uncomfortable and I did not appreciate the fact that she made this young girl upset while helping me. If they have an issue with an associate, they need to be professional and take them to the back and have a word instead of basically humiliating them. I've worked retail before and I cannot stand when managers do this to their associates. ZERO STARS! Please, do not shop here. I have never in my life been treated the way I was today at this location. A couple of months ago, I purchased a few items and when I got home I realized one of the dresses/romper was ripped on the strap. I took the item back and the manager (I think her name was Helen) at the time gave me store credit (which I was completely ok with since I used to shop there regularly). Well today I went in with the receipt the manager had given me and apparently I was supposed to get back a different receipt with my store credit. I explained that I was never given a second receipt. The associate asked her manager and they called their "district manager" who said they couldn't do anything because I "lost my receipt ". I explained again to the manager that I did not because i never received it. She spent the next 15 minutes searching on her system for a transaction around the given date and when she found it, she still continued to deny giving me the store credit! She then called her "district manager ", the manager who had given me the store credit (who by the way no longer works there!),and the "owner" of the store. They apparently all said that I lost my receipt and that I couldn't do anything. She continued to say "What am I supposed to do? I just work here. Who am I supposed to believe. " "You should have came before."or "Its you're fault you lost it." I asked for the District Manager's, a corporate, or owner's name or number and she refused to give it to me because "they don't want to talk to you". As you may understand I am completely upset that a person could be as disrespectful as she was. I have so many unanswered questions like: How can the manager (WHO NO LONGER WORKS THERE) remember ME from months ago and say she NEVER messed up in her old job? And Why couldn't she give me the credit if she had found it in the system?! She eventually walked away from me and went to the back. I decided to leave and just take the lost of my money. But please, be careful of this location. They will take any opportunity to steal your money. The worst part is that I only wanted to buy more items and spend more money there. I came in to purchase something with my school aged daughter. I went to the counter to make the purchase and saw a sign that advertised a 10% discount to students. I asked if she could apply the discount since the purchase was for my daughter and was then told they needed a student I.D. in order to utilize the discount. I explained that my daughter's school doesn't issue student I.D.s but clearly she's school aged and a student, I was still told no. I didn't think it would be as big of an issue since she looks like a junior high student. The cashier, Blanca, was very polite and said her managers would get mad if she gave out the discount. I asked who her manager was, next thing I know this small unfriendly Asian woman appeared and said no discount without as so much as greeting us or asking what the issue was. I showed her a picture of my daughter with the school emblem, but she still said no. It was over such a small amount it wasn't worth arguing over, but it's the principle of it. DO NOT ADVERTISE SOMETHING IF YOU REFUSE TO HONOR IT. The manager, Luna, was extremely rude and couldn't have cared less about the outcome of the situation. Every time i go, i end up with so many tops in my hands. The service there is amazing! All the workers there are so sweet and are willing to help you with whatever you need. They advertise 10% off for students, I show them ID and no 10% off even when I brought it to a managers attention. Poor customer service. Why even advertise 10% off? Staff on the floor was friendly but manager refused to override the transaction to give the discount I qualified for and that was advertised. read more

I was having a problem with a gift card not going through. The manager and cashier were patient and kept apologizing for the delay. Finally got the whole issue resolved and I was out shortly. I'm not one to ask for discounts to let this be the first review non discount related. They have a good selection of merchandise at reasonable prices. The store is always pretty organized. The employees are pretty decent then again I'm there to shop not be entertained by them. If you are looking for a full outfit including bags and shoes, you will find it here. I am not plus size but their plus size items are worth taking a look at. They have a small selection of jewelry and makeup as well. Towards the front they have a discount rack in which you can find some pretty decent items. Casual wear, club wear, you will find it here. read more
