I'm impartial to Miss Lola and this review is solely based on the shoes, not the clothes. They have a great selection of heels, but it's always a hit or miss with comfortability. Sometimes some of the shoes aren't practical but that's definately the reason I order the shoes online and pick up at their location, because trying them on at the store will allow you to know whether you need to exchange or return altogether for store credit. Some of the shoes have lasted me a long time while others don't seem to be that well made. But again, the shoes are reasonably priced and they always have sales online and in the app. I do recommend you look at the fine print when ordering online as sometimes items ordered online, including shoes, are final sale. So pay attention. When I have gone during the week to pick up an order, I always expect 20 mins for someone to assist me...or acknowledge me. The place is understaffed. The workers are always hustling and moving, so this is def not a reflection on them, but on Management/Ownership. Would help to have additional people on the floor to assist. This last time I went, there was no one at the register for a solid 15 mins. At the very least someone should be at the register as there was girl who needed to pay for her items and I just needed to pick up my items. The place itself is aesthetically cute. Plenty of parking. It's more packed on Saturdays so be prepared to wait. read more

So glad they were able to have my order ready within an hr. I needed a small bag for a wedding that same night I stopped by. Great customer service! They had an online deal for Labor Day weekend, the bag came up online for $35 however the girl at the register gave me a different price but I just checked out online, not sure why the difference in $. The store is more of a show room, so you can try the shoes an there isn't a fitting room available but a restroom - very clean so you can try your items in there. The clothing is not all out on display but if you see it online they can bring it out to you. There are QR codes in the store so you can shop and they'll bring out some of your items to try on. I've been a fan since the Santes Alleys but love what the owner had done they've come along way as small business owners. read more

I've been shopping here for years since it was just a hole in the wall pink store in the Santee Alley. Unfortunately I will no longer be a customer because the policy has changed and I purchased something that was my normal size but apparently made for a person with a negative size breast. How was I to know that it was going to be incredibly ridiculously small in the breast area. When I go to return a day after receiving they are only offering store credit which is a bust because now I'm out over a hundred dollars on something that was incorrectly sized. There should be a notice on the item that the breast is for a negative A cup. Oh and customer service sucks! read more

Please take into consideration their return and exchange policies. When I purchased the items, there was no mention of them being final sale on their website. I had to email them to request a form for exchanging the items, as there was no receipt included in the package. Moreover, their sizing is completely inaccurate. Their clothing is more suitable for a slim teenager's body, rather than a person like me who is 5'8 and weighs 135 pounds. A medium size felt more like an extra extra small. Additionally, you have to pay for the return shipping to exchange the items, and there is a possibility of being told that the items are final sale. Please refer to the picture for your available options. I recommend saving yourself the hassle and shopping elsewhere. read more

It's a very cute shoe boutique! It's got nice aesthetics, lots of very friendly workers, and some clothing options for sale. I went in to Lola's with no real expectations I just needed some shoes super last minute(for tonight) since I was going to a concert and was hoping to find something cute. I went in there lost and frantic and the girl that helped me I believe her name was Jessica(I might be wrong, but she was THE SWEETEST) I gave her a vague description of what I wanted and she was full of knowledge! She showed me about 4 different pairs and helped me with sizing and figuring out what I wanted, but not in a pushy way at all just helpful and patient. Sizing varies quite a lot so I would recommend if possible to come in person and try things on. I'm usually a size 8-8 1/2 and I ended up getting some shoes in an 8 and another in a 9. The place was small, but they informed me they are the warehouse and have everything they have in stock online there. So that was great, you get to shop online, but also get it right then and there. My whole experience was amazing honestly. I left happy and with what I needed for tonight. Lastly, the store is very cute and Instagramable and they were playing really modern regeton music which i'm into. Soo overall I loved the experience and how helpful they were. I will be returning and telling my friends also about this place. I felt super lucky to live about 20 minutes away from this in-store location. It was really easy for me to make an online return and also do some shopping. You will just show the employees what items you'd like and then they run into the back to grab it from the warehouse. I'd say there were about 6 sales reps on the floor early in the start of the day and they were moving!!! Very attentive and checking in to see who still needed help. Everything was very clean and the sales rep signed me up for a raffle they were running. I appreciated that. Also parking was super easy, right out front. read more

Things I wish I would have known before going here: 1. You cannot try on in store 2. If you leave any deodorant on clothes from trying on at home, it is ineligible for return so make sure to be freshly out of the shower with no deodorant before trying on 3. Only store credit for returns so if you don't like the product you are forced to come back with store credit. I really wanted to love this place. I purchased a couple times. The first time, one item was a bathing suit and even with a hygiene strip inside the suit, it was ineligible for return after trying on. Wish I would have known that when I asked about their return policy in person at time of purchase. Second time I purchased a couple dresses and one of the dresses barely covered my tatas so I tried to return it after trying it on but alas, not eligible for return because there was some deodorant inside the dress from trying on. Deodorant comes out! Especially if I just purchased it and tried it on once. So the associate took it to the back to "the cleaner" to see if they were able to get it out while I sat there embarrassed with a line of people behind me waiting. But of course they were not able to. For all I know, they wiped it with a damp cloth. There is no way a stain is set in from deodorant from one quick try on. Also, I asked the employee at time of purchase what their return policy was in case it didn't fit and they just said the generic 45 day with tags, receipt. If I would have known I couldn't get deodorant on it, I would have made sure I wasn't wearing any! This place is a scam and has terrible customer return policies. read more

I ordered from the site for the first time ever a few weeks ago. I order some booties and sandals. Booties came in perfect condition. The sandals in the other hand were horrible. They looked like they were coming apart. I called the customer service department and they told me that everything is done through email. Long story short I was eventually contacted by them and asked me to upload pictures. The representative then asked me what I would like to do. I chose the EASIEST thing of choosing to keep them at a discounted price. I never heard back from them. You guys can keep my money. Please make sure you guys do better in training the people in the warehouse who are packaging the shoes. They obviously don't care to check how some shoes leave the warehouse. If you shop here and want to return an item be prepared to not receive a refund. Just got off the phone with customer service who told me I would not get a refund for the 2 bodysuits I returned, they looked and felt cheap as hell. Mind you I emailed them a total of 3 times and got no response yet they want to tell me they emailed me yesterday. Didn't receive an email, still waiting on the email she said she was going to send. If you don't like them item just donate it, don't pay to ship the return cause you won't get a refund. They'll spew their return policy. Maybe put the non-refundable disclosure on the items page because at this point your assuming we know that certain items are non-refundable. Shop Shein or Amazon, better quality and they actually refund their customers if they don't like the item. read more

This company is ridiculous. I ordered a bodysuit off of their website, it was my first time ordering from this company. When the bodysuit arrived I tried it on... low and behold, it did not fit. After trying it on and it not fitting, I packaged it back up and returned it. I did NOT damage it, leave stains on it, or take the tags off. It was in the EXACT condition as it was when I received it. However, I get an email stating that it was found in conditions "altering its appearance". Keep in mind their return policy makes you pay for your own return shipping, and states that if I want the item back I have to PAY to have it shipped back. You'd have better luck ordering off of DHgate then this garbage can of a store. Will never order from this store again. read more

I've bought shoes in LA many times for one night events or work and they actually held up for a good few months. I made a purchase on line and forgot to use the 40% off code. When I realized it I waited for my items to come and went to the store in hopes to get my 40% applied. They refused to give me the 40% and also refused to take back my order. They said I had to send it back by mail. My total was $121. I paid $14.95 to return. Here's the thing customer service goes a long way especially these days! When I walk in for a pick up order and I ask if all my items are there the answer I got was "we'll check your email" girl please I can go spend my 300.00 on Shein or Amazon and get the exact same products let's not front like you all don't do the same type of manufacturing! Now this has happened multiple times but I have tried to stay patient and enough is enough. Train ur staff or get new ones family owned or not. This company is absolutely ridiculous. In "regular" clothing they only have S,M and L but expect the L to feel and be like S and then they have "curve" clothing that is completely different line of clothing so you cannot get the clothing you want in the size you want. The most horrendous part about this company is their "refund" policy, one it should not be even called that because all they offer is store credit or exchange and if you have problems with the sizing why would I want something else from this non-inclusive company? They claim this policy is treat customers "equally" and "fairly". There is nothing equal or fair about this clothing company. So disappointed and absolutely disgusted. I'm giving the site 2 stars - They are quick to respond to emails. Package arrived a little less then a week. However, I purchased 6 pairs of shoes (MY FIRST TIME ORDERING) - Im usually a 7.5 however since most of my shoes were boots for fall and winter i went a half size bigger so i may wear with socks but upon arriving and trying them one, they were HUGE so I went back to my emails and asked for an exchange. They do in fact exchange their shoes but you have to pay for the return shipping. The rep stated this was noted in their policy. No where on the check out screen does it show this "policy" if not i would have ordered a sample pair to verify size. I then went on their website to read such policy - no where in the exchange section does it say you the customer has to pay for the label. So now I'm stuck with six pairs of shoes for sale - ANYONE A SIZE 8??? read more
