I want to start off by saying I've been coming to this fashion trend since I was in middle school and now I am in my early 20s. The girls do a great job at customer service and helping you find the best outfit choice for any occasion or season. One CON is the return policy. The return policy has always been super strict and a little unfair. For starters, you can not return something and get your money back for any reason, however they do allow you to exchange. Please make sure that the tiny little price tag is still attached to the dress because they will not allow you to exchange the dress even if the little price tag is not on. To me that is an extremely petty reason to not accept an exchange on an item. Also do not mention whether or not you wore the dress even if it was for 30 minutes because they will not accept it. As far as value, most of the items there are worth the price. For the store to be there for so long they don't really offer many discount options and they don't have many sales.... Went in already knowing what I wanted, obviously did not try on items due to dressing rooms being closed. But if you are a friend of the rude associates it's ok. Any who bought a dress yesterday went home tried it on super cute but noticed it has a tear, so I took it back today to exchange it but because it had a little smudge of makeup they didn't take it back. I'm sure when dressing rooms were open many items had smudges on them. My question is do they resale items that are torn? Where they gonna put it back on the sales floor or did they not want to take it back and take responsibility or what was sold to me? I drove all the way from OC to support small business. They just lost a client. I was also able to wipe off the little smudge of makeup with a wipe. read more

Hey you are thick at the bottom small at the top please do not shop here. They do not have sizes for women like us. I've shopped here for years when I was smaller. I asked several times if they will get them bigger sizes and they always say our sizes run small. Last week I purchased an outfit from here. But because it was too small I wanted to return it. This store has all the essentials and cool things you look for at the mall, except it's all in 1 place so it's easier to shop and find what it is you're looking for. Dresses are in the front of the store. Accessories are by the cashiers. Shoes are right next to the cashiers. Clothes are hung all over the walls. Sales rack in the back. The clothing here is edgy and in. It's what you'd find Rihanna, Khloe Kardashian, Cara Delevigne, and Kylie Jenner wearing except the clothes are sold at a normal price tag. Quality of everything is average, if not a little below average. Workers wear normal clothing so be wary about who you ask for help. I would give them 4 stars but the service is without the department store finesse. My friend thinks they're rude but I don't have a problem with them. They're just... different. I walked in here yesterday after not coming here in over 4 years. The owner, Lori was so very rude. I knew exactly who she is because in 2007 she had dresses made for my cousins wedding. I found a super cute dinner dress which was only $25, a romper for $20, and heels for $25. I can wash my clothes from here at home without having to worry about it getting ruined. Quality is great. I like mixing vintage and new, boy stuff with girl stuff, high end with low end. If it works for me, then it works. Yeah, this seems like your typical strip mall fashion store with stuff from the alley Downtown. However, it seems like there's a little bit of an effort to have a mix of really cool, fun stuff. They have lots of really great hooker shoes and if I wasn't already tall, I would have spent more time looking, but I found a low heeled short booties that will go great with... I also got a cute t-shirt that I'm going to wear with.... What's really cool is that the sales girl showed us ring similar to one Beyonce wore in a video (not a Beyonce fan, but cool that she shared) and there were pages from magazines like In Style and Lucky on the wall to show what was "in". Love this adorable boutique! The service is excellent, the clothes are for every size and every age. Great location and lots of parking. No crowded malls here. When I need a cute and affordable outfit, I'm in and out. If I can't come in, I just go on their website, just as good. The girls go out of their way to help me coordinate my outfit. Not just clothes, but much needed high heels and really cool jewelry and purses too. Not your usual Chinese strip mall clothes. More boutique-ish better quality clothes. So I went to the location on Lakewood and Artesia in Long Beach/Bellflower borderline. I stay in the general area so I typically go here when I don't feel like driving all the way to my favorite mall to find something cute to wear our with friends to like a bar or something. The store ITSELF is great, different options and I usually always find something I'm looking for. However, the employees are so rude. They don't speak to you upon entering, they'll look you up and down and will walk right past you. I think I've encountered maybe one sweet employee. They only speak to those they know like their friends or (and this is not to be rude) girls who look like they're Instagram models and the likes of them. They seriously need to work on how they treat customers because my friends have said the same thing and that's the reason some of them don't go back or go to the Downey Updated review: So an employee from their store decided to send a message to me thinking she had the wrong one, well today she had the right one. The response was very unprofessional and unwarranted. It's funny that it's assumed I had an issue with an employee when I don't know any of the girls. Not only that, I've been to the store multiple times so I was speaking off of a summary of my experiences. It's funny that time was taken out to look for me on the camera and it's funny that they claimed to "know who I am" when I had a hat on like other people so how would you know my face? Also my account has no picture so to "know who I am" you'd have to look for my card information and match it which not only takes too much time and effort, but levels to harassment. Example today went in for a dress girl with short red hair rudely says idk whatever is there. I Just walked away cause she was to lazy to even check. I walked around the store found the dress myself. Only employee that always greets and offers help is a woman that works there. The younger staff don't really pay attention to customer service and make an attempt to help to make a sale. I'm been a costumer to this store for a couple years now, always good outfits and cute! Owner always nice including staff at Downey location but I just experienced the worse customer service at your bellflower location. Two girls were accusing me saying I was laying about returning an item that I bought two weeks ago and it didn't fit me it was 28$ short I was not able to try them out in the store, I had my receipt I kept it in the bag and the shorts had the tags in place. I was told the item was missing one tag that I was not aware of and I don't even remember if it was there when I bought it. I asked to just give a half price in credit store because I was not aware of that tag and I told them I didn't have it. I was denied that request saying it was all policy that I need that tag and they were accusing me of lying about it and I totally understand policies when it come to returning items but telling your customer in-front of other people in the store you were lying making you feel like I wanted to get free things it's not the way to approach the situation they told me to come back when the owner was in the store and I said this is my only day off and they just said to me they can't do anything about it ? I left the short at the store with the receipt because I was not going to fight or be rude for 28$ And honestly I was not going to use them, they said we don't want your things as I was leaving yelling across the room from the cashier it was an embarrassing situation as I was walking for something I paid and I was just asking to return or get I least half price in store credit or money back whatever the policy is but this two employees are not doing a great customer experience thank you for your time on reading my email I just wanted to bring this up to your attention For further reference the store is been great overall but this experience was terrible.
