I had a very unsettling experience with Romero pest control service. After I canceled their services, the OWNER showed up at my house unannounced, rang the doorbell and knocked standing out front for over five minutes. I didn't answer since I wasn't prepared for the day, but I also had a weird feeling since we had already cancelled their services paying the $300 cancellation fee. I left a message to ask if there was an issue with my cancellation, and instead of addressing it professionally over the phone, the owner insisted on coming to my house to discuss the situation in person. I declined twice, his persistence was uncomfortable. When I finally got him to explain over the phone, he tried to badmouth the company I switched to, laughing and mocking me for my decision. This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional, especially coming from the owner of the company. If you value professionalism, courtesy, and respect for your decisions, I would strongly recommend staying away from this company. read more

Very poor customer service. The techs do a sloppy job (except James who I had to request to do my service). So much cobwebs still despite being serviced, and I had to remove them myself. I was with this company for 2 years and this email I received (attached) was quite rude. I simply asked to reschedule sooner depending on their availability, because I noticed an increase in pest activity, and I received that response. It's off-putting. I even left a voicemail to speak with the manager regarding this email, but never received a call back. It's apparent they don't have flexibility with scheduling and have no customer service recovery. They don't care about their customers and don't even want to make the effort to make things right with them. DO NOT choose them for your pest control needs. read more
