I went to this location twice on the same day (before lunch and after lunch) and waited in line three separate times. The staff appeared to be focused on Amazon returns and shipping while my prepaid fingerprinting was repeatedly delayed. I sat waiting for an extended period, and no one seemed concerned that I had already paid in advance for a service they advertised. When I asked about receiving a refund because the service was not being provided, I was told I would have to wait for the owner. That was unacceptable after spending so much time waiting. I had paid ahead of time specifically to make the process quick and efficient. I ultimately contacted Certifix Live Scan directly. They apologized for the experience and promptly issued me a refund. I then drove to another UPS Store farther north in Fort Pierce, paid again for my fingerprints, and was in and out without any problems. The service was professional, efficient, and exactly what I expected when paying for fingerprinting. I was able to get back to work immediately. If this location is going to advertise walk-in and appointment fingerprinting services, it should be prepared to provide those services in a timely and professional manner. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location for fingerprinting.
