We had such a great experience at Fast As Pho! I ordered the brisket and steak pho bowl and the broth was incredibly flavorful. The meat tasted fresh and high quality. One of my favorite parts was the toppings station. The limes, jalapeños, sprouts, and basil were all super fresh. They also had a jar of hot oil along with sriracha and hoisin sauce so you could customize everything exactly how you like it. We also ordered the dumpling combo with a boba drink for my daughter and she loved it. She got the Pina Colada with strawberry boba and really enjoyed it. She had never tried pho before, but after trying some of mine, she ended up loving it too! I also ordered the combination noodle bowl and everything in it was so fresh and crunchy, especially the cucumber, lettuce, and carrots. Again, the meat quality really stood out. Before leaving, we sampled the matcha and vanilla ice cream and both were delicious. I love that they have a drive thru option if you just want ice cream or boba during the summer. We're so happy this place opened. Why would you say that when there are lots of Vietnamese places around? 1. It really is fast as pho! We are super impressed with the speed at the drive through. 2. Was invited to Fast as Pho by Tan! They just opened up 3 weeks ago! Super fast service and even though it was fast the food was still really great quality! Some of the best brisket I've had in pho, super tender. Love the addition of the self serve pho topping bar. Only thing I didn't love was the fish sauce was a little sweet for my preference, but I can see how it's enjoyable for a larger audience. And the soft serve was more on the icy side if you're into that! Would definitely come back again! read more

This was one of the worst meals I had in long time. Terribly disappointed. I honestly didn't even know it was possible to make pho taste bad but I threw mine out because it was horrible. The brisket was so dry and had zero flavor. My husband got the bulgogi and said it was the worst he ever had in his life. He also paid for extra meat and received 4 or 5 slices total, there was also some weird hot sauce on the bulgogi. Crab wontons were not good either. This is close by my work and I was starving so I decided to give this a try tonight and why was I ever disappointed. I ordered the vegetarian egg rolls and the beef Bulgogi bowl. The eggrolls were the most weirdest and disgusting thing I have ever seen. They were like half fried rice paper that looked like it was extra soaked in oil on some sides, but not on others. The inside was soggy and tasteless and the sauce they served it with was bland.. The beef bowl was cold and mostly just rice and a few strips of beef and cold cabbage.. There was a bunch of teenage Filipino girls working clearly they don't care about the food and the service.. never going back there again absolutely disgusting. read more

I've been patiently awaiting for this restaurant to open, they did not disappoint! we got the iced Vietnamese coffee- it was rich & smooth, very delicious. We also got the King Brulee tea, it was creamy, not too sweet-and very yummy. We tried the chicken pho and the rare steak & brisket pho. The pho broth was savory & the noodles were fresh. 10 out of 10 score for me! We will definitely be regular customers. They also have a drive through- which is very convenient. The restaurant was busy, service was excellent & efficient. Thank you for a great meal! I really want to like this place, but sadly I don't think I'll go back anymore. I really love the concept, and the food is good. My issue is they cannot get the order right. I always order the same thing, Pho, Steak and Brisket, Extra Meat, Last time, I got home only to find out I got only barely any steak, no brisket, and no extra meat. So that is annoying, but I didn't bother going back to fix it. This time I ordered the same thing, but all I received was the ingredients, but no Pho broth. Like that's the most important part of the thing. It was not busy at the time, so not sure what the issue is. Hopefully they can improve in the future. Pho comes in 1 size, most places hereabouts offer 3 for various appetites. I like a choice. All service is done with disposable bowls and cutlery which results in lots of waste chucked in trash. I live around the corner and have made my own pho for 20 years. It started off great when they opened. Tasted great with beef bones and all the star anise and other spices. Throughout the last month it was still fine. Today, it tasted like chicken broth with no spices. Portion was good but that's about it. I know it's going to be hard to make ends meet but skimping out on broth is going to be difficult for customers. Needs some consistency but I'm still hopeful it was a one off. read more

Feeling really disappointed after my visit this evening. (I've been a few times since it opened) tonight I ordered a rice bowl for the first time with extra meat. I got home and it was rice noodles so I called and they asked me to bring the food back. Which for food safety reasons is crazy??? Anyways, I drove back and got the rice. Got back home and opened what was supposed to be vegetarian egg rolls and they are definitely pork. These were supposed to be without meat for a reason. Meh. You get a free boba drink if you leave a 5 star review. The name must just be a suggestion...but they are new and maybe need some time to improve speed. The chicken bowl and pork vermicelli bowls were muted in flavor. The fish sauce was bland. The egg rolls were just okay--Wish they were served with lettuce and fish sauce (didn't come with either). The boba drinks were decent. The matcha soft serve/vanilla swirl was nice. The people are nice and I really wanted this place to be good but this is a restaurant and the food was just meh--we were disappointed. This place has it all! The pho broth is rich and flavorful. My kids are hooked on the mango yogurt boba, and I can't get enough of the matcha soft serve with honeycomb. Terrible. The first time my husband and I went in, no one greeted us. We stood there for at least two minutes while the employees including the owner ignored us and talked to each other, so we walked out. Decided to try again after reading the fake positive reviews. This time we were greeted but the food was bad. Small portions and the quality of chicken and pork was poor. Also, the dumplings were served cold and dry. Will never go back. I had the bulgogi bowl and my friend had the pork bowl, i also had the bulgogi fries and shrimp spring rolls. the peanut sauce was flavorful and the fish sauce was the right level of sweetness.
