Happy to have found Happy Pho in my area! The restaurant is clean, bright and the staff are welcoming. We were seated immediately and after looking at the menu decided on the SP1., Shaken Filet Mignon with garlic noodles (Com / Mi Bo Luc Lac) and the B5., Spicy Stir-fried Lemongrass Vermicelli Bowl with chicken. Our dishes came out quickly with a delicious aroma of garlic. The steak in the Shaken Filet Mignon was tender and absorbed the flavors of the sauce. The crunchy bell pepper, garlic noodles and steak came together for a perfect bite. The Spicy Stir-fried Lemongrass Vermicelli Bowl is a significant portion which can easily be shared. It's a combination of comfort food with the deep flavor of the spicy chicken and the fresh veggies, all on top of the vermicelli noodles. The mint in this dish really highlighted the freshness and completed the dish. I'm looking forward to adding Happy Pho to one of our regular places to enjoy delicious Vietnamese cuisine. read more

Great service but the Pho is only one size, smaller than a typical medium and has the noodles of a small bowl.

4.5 Solid Vietnamese spot in Littleton. I've been here twice and ordered the same thing both times, the combo vermicelli bowl. It's delicious. The place is a bit better than most spots. Good friendly service, clean restaurant. The rare beef and tendon pho came in a huge bowl with tons of broth, though the flavor was bland and the broth tasted like it was diluted. The beef and tendon were delicious and the noodles were perfectly cooked "dente". The soursop smoothie was just ice and soursop with lightly sweetened. My family and I had a horrible experience here last week and I don't think we will ever come back here. My brother ordered Pho with steak and they gave a very very small portion of noodles so he asked if he could get more because that seemed much smaller than usual. (This is probably our 3rd or 4th time here) I believe it was the owner that came out and she immediately became defensive and angry when we asked her why there was so little noodles, she said this is the normal amount we serve. We said we've eaten here before and have gotten much more. My mom got offended she yelled at my brother and said you shouldn't talk to your customers like that and that's when the owner said to us "I don't care what the customer thinks, this is how we serve our pho, don't ever come back to my shop." Well folks when the owner speaks to a customer like that over NOODLES it's probably best to avoid supporting a restaurant like this. They're really hasn't been anything that I didn't like. The pho broth is amazing and the servings are huge! I always have leftovers to share!! Hands down the best pho we have ever had, and we eat a lot of pho. The broth was obviously made with love. It was rich and flavorful, and the thinly sliced filet mignon rare beef and brisket just added to its perfection. We were served extremely quickly! I'm pretty sure the pho came out in less than 5 minutes after we ordered. We got there around 5:20 and were done in about 30 minutes. There was plenty of seating when we arrived, but it started to fill up as we were leaving. The ambiance of the restaurant was warm and inviting with its orange walls and booths. My husband said it felt like a hug, and I would have to agree. The service was outstanding as well. We felt like valued guests, almost like family. We can't wait to return to our new favorite neighborhood pho spot. If you're a pho enthusiast like we are, this place is a must try! read more

I have fallen in love with this place. I have done both takeout and sit down, and both experiences are efficient, friendly, and damn the food is good. Inside is bright, booths are comfortable. They have a bar as well. Food wise, I love that there are so many options besides Pho. While I love Pho and NEED a go to spot in Colorado cold times, the other Vietnamese dishes are fantastic. Gave this place a second try and its no better than a pho place off of broadway (that charges almost half the price )in fact the meat in both bowls was rubbery and not much flavor. #6 pho is delicious, rare steak and brisket. I made very spicy with the chili paste and Siracha. Their meat and veggies were fresh, and the pho itself had a really nice deep flavor. I didn't even ask size, but seems like medium at most places, and just one size unless I missed something, for $16. so price is definitely that if size large in or more than lots of places.
