Later, I received a call from Veronica asking me to finish uploading some documents. After I completed that, I called back and spoke with Sandra. She told me there were a few more steps we needed to complete over the phone. She said she would gather my documents and call me back, but I never received a call. I called again and spoke with Sandra, who then informed me that her location wasn't even the one handling my online loan. I called the correct location and spoke with Elvira. They are busy, and have a busy lot with lots of people looking all the time, but when we came to buy the sales staff took care to make sure everything was in order and that we got what we wanted. Test driving the cars was no problem. The mechanic is on site most of the time and you can ask him directly what he did to the car after the received it and before they sell it. Transparency! So to sum this up: We got the car we wanted for about 15% less than other car dealerships, the car worked perfectly (its a 3 year old car), we were treated respectfully on the lot, and we will BE BACK for other purchases.
