Do not waste your time here. I had multiple pay stubs and I work a government job. I literally only needed a $100 cash advance. I supplied my blank check, all of my banking information, including my account number and routing number for both my savings and checking accounts. I was able to pull up on my banking app to show that I have direct deposit and that my most recent paystub could be seen within the past 30 days. Again, I have never had a problem who's getting a payday advance. The lady was relatively cordial but she was very much by the book and so I gave her a star because I figured that she is just trying to do her job and not get fired. With that said, I would not recommend coming here. I have had the best experiences at * (1) "Advance America" in Poway * (2) Fast Auto Loans" in Escondido * (3)"Payday Money Centers" in Clairemont & Escondido The first two places will loan you $255 for $300 but (3) only lent me $100. I make approx $1600-1800 so keep that in mind. Lastly, I wanted to add that Clairemont has a ton of payday advance places so I would highly recommend using Yelp to check out your different options. BRING: ~ your most recent paystub from last than 30 days ago ~ your current bank balance (you can show on phone) ~ A blank check that has your name on it (Printed) ~ optional: your checking account number, as well as your routing number for your bank account If this is your first time getting a payday advance then I highly recommend that you write down the names of real references but do not write down the real phone number or even your EMPLOYER! Don't even think about writing down your supervisors name or your main office because if you do not pay your loan back in time then they will call anyone they can, and you run the risk of being super humiliated. read more

I didn't come here for a payday loan, but my car registration needed renewed and the clock was ticking for me to get my tags in time. I saw a little sign in the window that said they do DMV registrations, so I pulled in to see what the deal was. This place is TINY, no public restroom, and no place to sit, but don't sweat because you will be in and out of here in a flash. The lady was all business, and she explained that this joint was CASH ONLY and there would be a $25 processing fee on top of the DMV fee. I handed over the cash and she pulled my shiny registration sticker out of the drawer and stapled it to my receipt and paperwork. My first experience with them and I must say I'm not happy. First let me say that the lady that works there was great. The organization however, not so much. I applied online and was "pre-approved" for $250 which is what I needed, not wanted... needed. I go to the office to pick up my pre-approved loan and was told that my info was lost, so now I have to re-apply only now they're using different parameters to determine your loan amount using the same info. Now I'm told I only qualify for $150... NOT the amount I NEED. I had no choice but to accept it and now have to borrow the rest from someone, somewhere. Will not be using them again because I don't like being lied to. Again, the agent, lady, there was a pleasure. This review is way overdue because it's been over a year since I was here, but excellent customer service always goes a long way and I am the type of person who never forgets. I was here to claim a MoneyGram amount which, at the time, was already 3-4 months old. I was always busy and the amount was too big (~$400) for CVS or Albertsons to carry in their cash drawers. Finally I went online and looked up what other places did MoneyGram, and this location popped up. This place is super tiny but the two women who were working were nice and fast. There were around 3 people in front of me but I got my turn pretty quickly. The young lady who helped me was Gabby. I gave her my tracking number and all the info she needed but the system wouldn't let her cash the money out because it had been sitting in the system for too long. It was a busy day for them and people quickly built up behind me but Gabby went ahead and took her time to contact MoneyGram to figure out the problem, while the other lady helped the other customers. For some reason, she was hung up on by MoneyGram 3 times after placing her on a long hold each time but she was very patient; she kept dialing them back until the transaction was complete.
