Horrible place for anyone to work and being. As an employee i dealt with a lot of stress, abuse,…read morefavoritism, gossip, rudeness. Management force me to leave my phone in the back but mgr. always was on the phone on social media and speaking with her family. I'm a very insecure person, and she was always making fun of my body, manager never took the time to train me right and had favoritism. She gave me tons of work and She expect me to be finished it on time and If I didn't, they said I was slow and gave me a bad performance review, so it wasn't very easy to move up and I deserved it. but she promoted another coworker first. She made bad jokes about me. Manager was rude, classless and cursing all the time, and besides She was always flirting with coworkers using chat. I couldn't take it anymore and all that stress affected my life. It was such a huge disappointment working at this place. It got so bad that I quit and now I have peace of mind. I keep praying she doesn't do to another girl what she did to me.

I have a Navy Federal military bank account so chasing it at F&M cuts the wait time since no local branches are in the area. Closest one is over 85 miles from here. The representative named Aide was beyond rude and condescending. Then gives me the side eye after I said you should have told me before so I could have went to Walmart and cashed it there. People like her and the other lady behind the desk make me thankful I never got an account there. Then for kicks make me get my Drivers license out while I was sitting a dozen times. Horrible experience and people skills. Then yell out hey they verified it. I stated I have a name since you wanna play that game with me. I'll save the time and go to Walmart before I ever go here again! Then the ladies are flaunting arm tattoos like they just got out the penitentiary. Probably explains the attitude. Low class experience.

I than realized she was on the phone with my grandma to verify I she had wrote the check. I'm like what!? Obviously she wrote it if she had signed it. The lady rudely explained to me that it's only to protect their customers. No wonder why it took me 2 trips to the bank to cash this check. If my grandma didn't answer the phone she wouldn't have cashed it. I get it you're trying to protect customers but come on now the check was for $500, she acted like it was a $5,000 check If you aren't over 80 I wouldn't come here because who wants a phone call to verify every transaction

She helped me get the correct forms completed and was polite/friendly. I appreciate the terrific customer service from her today. The services were more affordable than I had assumed. They charge $2 fee for using a credit card to pay. Thankful that this place has closing hours that are later than the other options in town. Which most have closing times of 5 PM, on the weekdays, Monday through Friday. I think 6 o'clock closing time is much more realistic and convenient.
