DO NOT HAVE THEM REPLACE YOUR SCREEN. I can't even leave a star rating. They don't have a set price on their repairs. A friend of mine got his screen fixed on an iPhone 6 Plus for $100 there. The next week I went in there and they charged me a base price of $159. First, the ear speaker didn't work. Took it back to get it fixed. The dimmer didn't work either. Didn't fix that. The screens are cheap. Mine cracked in my pocket. I had nothing in my pocket either. They ripped me off and gave me a piece of crap screen. read more

I stumbled on Cellular Fix reading these reviews and I'm so glad I did! I needed a screen replaced after badly shattering mine. Vikram fixed it even though I walked in 10 minutes before closing, desperate to save my phone! He had me come back to work out some kinks which I neglected to do. When my phone was badly acting up, I went to Cellular Fix and Vikram was there and fixed it up completely! Good as new! I can barely believe it as I was about 5 minutes from outright replacing my phone this morning. He didn't even charge me to fine-tune the job he did a few weeks ago. I called around when I first shattered my phone and many places were either rude to me, too busy or wanted to overcharge me like crazy! Vikram and Cellular Fix was awesome in every way--fast, fair, efficient and kind. Love them and I'll return if I ever screw up my phone again... although I hope I don't need to. ;) But you should! read more

Please do yourself a favor and choose a different phone repair store. I took my phone to Cellular Fix to have the USB port on my cell phone replaced. Right after I picked up my phone I noticed that it was not working and it was behaving exactly the same way it did before I dropped it off for service. I returned to the store less than 24 hours after picking up the phone and they acknowledged that it was not working and offered to attempt to repair the phone again. However, while attempting the repair the first time they caused significant cosmetic damage to the phone case including several very deep scratches on my screen. They took no responsibility for causing the damage and refused to fix it. I was unwilling to let them try to repair my phone again because I didn't want them to cause other damage that they would just blame me for, so I requested a refund. At this point they claimed that the phone was working when it left their store and even though I returned less than 24 hours later, they said that I probably broke it during that time. Long story short, they have no warranty on their repairs even though they claim to and if they cause any damage to your phone they will just blame you for it. They are not a professional repair store at all and I wish I had gone with my gut and not allowed them to mess with my phone. It is not fixed and now I have to put up with ugly, cosmetic damage that they caused. read more

This fool who owns this place claimed he knows how to do business. I bought an iphone from him and 3 days later it was reported stolen. I came back to return it and they didn't accept it. a bunch of dumb asses work here and very short sighted. They want quick money so they bought phones from craigslist and resell them to people, but most of the phone they bought were stolen phones and then hold no responsibility. read more

Had to replace a cracked iPad screen. Took it to this business based on the good Yelp reviews. Had the worst experience ever. First, it took almost two weeks for them to repair my iPad...supposedly because they were waiting for a replacement Apple OEM screen. When I finally got my iPad back, the screen wasn't flush with the iPad back. It stuck up much higher than the original screen. When I questioned this, the technician told me that it was because my iPad back was warped. Took my iPad to another shop and guess what? The frame wasn't warped. The glass stuck up above the frame because they used a cheap aftermarket glass which did not meet Apple specifications. And I paid extra and waited For two weeks for a Apple OEM part. Won't be going back to this place, obviously! read more

If I could give this a zero I would. I took my shattered Surface Pro 3 here because they had the cheapest price. They said it would be about a week and they would call when it was done. I had to call them and when I went to pick it up the corner of the new screen was broken, "because sometimes it does that when you put a new one in" and the corner of the computer was broken off. They offered me a $30 discount on an almost $300 "repair" to which I declined. I brought my dad in the next day and his tone was completely different. The corner was completely "fixed" and he acted like it hadn't been broken at all and tried to act like I was some idiot who didn't know what I had seen and tried to buddy up with my dad and get him on his side. I asked to have the new broken screen taken off so I could take it somewhere else to have it properly fixed. The new guy I took it to was shocked that the battery hadn't been disconnected. Just save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else. read more
