I showed him my iPhone, and he simply opened a browser and told me there were no other cars available. He did not offer any alternatives, suggestions, or discuss other options that might fit my needs. When I asked additional questions, he continued looking away and avoided eye contact. His behavior made me feel like he did not want to help me. As a Deaf customer, this experience left me wondering whether I was being treated differently because of my disability.
