I give this business a negative star. When I first called on the phone, the owner Jacqueline Luna told me they charge $200. When I arrived a week later, she told me $500 including serving the other party. However, when I mentioned the price, she honored the $200 price. I was very concerned with the bad reviews on Yelp. I questioned the reviews and I was told the reviews were put there by their competitors. I felt they were telling the true, and gave them a chance.. Now I can see that was a lie. I've been calling everyday for a week to see if they filed my divorce and they give me the run around. They also told me they will not serve the other party, because it was not included in the price. jackie is incompetent she does noy return calls, check the status with the court on your paperwork, she has messed up my court papers (3) times where the court rejected them!! all (3) times i had to call the court for the status of my hearing date. very unprofessional i never had any problem with jessie when he was there- now i have to take her to small claims to get my money back as she refuses to refund me after she could not do her job and submit my court documents that i paid her to do!!!! do not go there!!!!! UPDATE- it went to Jamie telling me she would have her secretary file on Veterans Day but the courts were closed and she never called me to let me know she'd file the day after Vets Day. No communication from her. I had to go down there the following week and yell at her. It had been 5 times she would file for me after all her mistakes!! I understand that maybe due to COVID it took longer, however, they do not answer their phone and they are never at their office anymore.
