I want to start off by saying that Natalie was amazing! I gotta say my husband and I were a little apprehensive about this place. I had found a real gold chain and took it there to be checked for the authenticity of it. I had went to Kay's first, but they don't check gold. So we walked to this place where we were ignored by an older gentleman and my husband said "let's go!" . We went to have a bite to eat and I told him, let's go back and that's when Natalie emerged and was very welcoming. She was pleasant and kind with a big smile. She made us feel better and at ease. She had no problem checking the chain and then she took care of it for us. Said it would be ready in a couple of hours. I received a text telling me that the chain was ready an hour early. Went to pick up and was super impressed with it. I decided to leave my wedding set to have the channels rebuilt. She assured me that it would be ready that evening by 7, but I insisted that I didn't mind if it were not ready by the end of the day so that it can really be taken care correctly. I received a text this morning stating my ring was ready. I went in for it and was not disappointed. The ring sparkled and looking amazing. The jeweler added more gold to the band and engagement ring and I like it. The woman who helped me this morning was very friendly and helpful. I am sorry that I didn't catch her name. Brought in my husbands watch for moisture was told gasket needed to be replaced and also replaced battery.Went back less than a month later since moisure issue is not resolved was told that it probably wasn't done since the receipt only states the watch was dry out and the test to see if moisture source cost $200-300 but why wasn't i told this to start with and not after i paid Almost $100 if they would have told me this to begin with i would have bought a new watch since $300 is right around the cost of it new. NEW REVIEW MAY 7,2021 Went to their store to resize the diamond ring my mother gave me and was greeted by the store owner Natalie. She was just lovely. Very kind and incredibly knowledgeable on her diamonds. Took the time to explain diamonds and to evaluate my moms ring and give me a ton of information. I had to size my ring up 2 sizes and her pricing is great, very fair for the work they had to do. I couldn't do it that day but she made me an appointment for Friday. I went back on Friday a little late due to personal business stuff BUT again was greeted by the store owner and although they were really busy for Mother's Day weekend, she was super sweet and remembered me right away and was excited to help me with my ring. The sizing took less than an hour, I could watch the jeweler from the other side of their plexiglass and they polished and cleaned my 1.3 carat diamond ring when they were done. I took my daughter's gold necklace to Fast Fix for soldering and replacement of a 3.5mm Peridot stone that had fallen out of the charm. I was told that the prongs that held the stone needed a prong repair/retip, which they charged me $74.95 dollars, very pricey. However here is the HUGE problem, they charged me $99.95 dollars for 3.5mm Round Faceted AA Arizona Peridot stone/gem. When I got home, I did some calling around regarding the price of that stone. I was told the price for a Peridot AA stone would cost around $40-45 dollars and a Peridot AAA Arizona stone would cost around $75.00 dollars! I called Fast Fix and told them I found a better price for that stone. I was told by Natalie that I could only get store credit for the $99.95 dollars. STORE CREDIT REALLY!!?? I told her it's not even a AAA Peridot stone!! She stated " Oh no the AA on your receipt is just a reference I assure you it will be a AAA Peridot stone. I know it's for your daughter, and how important that is!" I asked her if she was sure of that? She said "Yes." I picked up the necklace and took it to 2 different Jewelers to look at that stone, they both told me it was a AA Peridot stone!! I called Fast Fix and told the Manager, of course she insisted it was a AAA Peridot stone. I told her 2 different Jewelers can't be wrong!! These people can't be trusted, they obviously do not care about honesty or the customers. I paid $243.60 for the work, which includes $59.95 for the soldering, to make matters worse, they had the AUDACITY to text me a modified sales receipt that said AAA Peridot stone! I will never go there again nor recommend that place to anyone!! I was nervous about taking my diamond wedding rings to get sized soldered and rhodium dipped, but i took a chance being that in the past i received good service on a watch and had read many good reviews .. I was told my rings would be done in 2 hours which only end up being like 1 hour so i was pretty excited.. on my way home I realized one of the diamonds on the side of my engagement ring was cracked in half and appeared to be glued together and re set back into my setting.. i was furious and immediately drove back to the mall.. Once I got back to the store i showed the employee (Maricella)my ring.. she showed the jeweler and said they'd fix it, i wanted a refund, and asked why i wasn't notified that a diamond cracked in the process of my repairs and how would I know the quality of stone they were replacing it with?Mind you my ring is over 10k.. she told me she would test the replacement diamond with some handheld device she had..I told her this was totally unacceptable and wanted to speak to a manager and a refund of the $188 i just spent ,she told me no way could she do that and I could only get the defects fixed, and that their was no manager available ..I asked for corporate number and was told the only way to reach the corporate was office was by email..I end up finding a corporate number and left a message with a woman named joann or joanna...This is now day 5 and I still have not got a return call from anyone .. EDIT: We took it back, the guy with beard that changed the battery yesterday came and took it. He said he blew it dry and I guess the rubber was dry so he lubricated it and put the plastic back and he said it should be good now. He said no warranty but he always say to not wear your water resistant watch in shower or swimming. What do the purpose of 200m water resistant watch if it cannot do it's purpose? I just think it's Bullshit. We just realized he didn't return the receipt to us. And just 10 mins of wearing it, we notice fog again on the corner. I tried to convince my husband to take it back but he lost trust in this store. Once it Messed Up, Twice it Still MESSED UP. And there was no warning at the store that after battery change a watch might become non water resistant. It is only on the receipt and receipt is given after they finished service and paid. Had they let us know in the first place that this will happen if we change battery at their store prior of service, we would've taken the watch to somewhere else to change battery. My hubby's other watch that we changed battery at Express Watch Repair a week before, didn't have this problem at all.
