The stains were just a bit to much to survive without cleaning our clothes that we wore on our trip into Orlando. From the time that I entered the laundromat to the time that I picked up our clothes, the staff was super nice. They were helpful and accommodating. We expected our laundry the next day, but was pleasantly notified that we could pick it up that afternoon. When I arrived, everything was ready: men's shirt was hung and the rest of the items were folded and placed in the travel bag that I left with them. And with all of that, the price we paid was really reasonable too. When in the area again, we will definitely return to Fast Fresh Laundry to correct our clothing mishaps.

Recently I noticed that there is one close to where I live, and that's conveniently on my way to work. I decided to give them a try because they couldn't possibly be worse than my current dry cleaner, right? So I stopped in. Per usual, I had my lab coats from work that needed to be cleaned and pressed. Almost immediately after coming in I was acknowledged and greeted pleasantly. The lady was very friendly, and apparently is the preferred dry cleaner for my clinic job, even offering a pickup and delivery service if I were stationed at the local office. (We are a very large practice with locations across central Florida.) The intake process was quick and efficient. Even though I was brand new to the location, all she needed was a name and a phone number. I was in and out in under 5 minutes, including chatting time. I dropped them off on a Friday morning, and since there was no rush pickup was scheduled for the following Tuesday afternoon. They do have rush service available if it's needed though. My order was ready on time, and perfectly cleaned and pressed. Pick up was just as smooth as the drop-off was. Needless to say, I'm very happy with the experience and will continue coming back to this location.

It's close to a Publix, Freshfields, Target and other businesses. The one negative: My dry-cleaning wasn't ready on time. I was told to stop by after 5 PM on a Wednesday. I stopped by late in the afternoon on a Thursday and was told it wasn't ready yet and to stop by again late Friday, because they needed to try to remove a spot they'd missed. I live a block away, so it wasn't a big deal. But if this was for clothing that I needed urgently, I would have been unhappy. A courtesy phone call would have been nice.

Oh yeah, and they do a great job (lol). I use them often for heavy duty event linens (wash, dry, and fold) and they are very reasonably priced and come packaged neatly and compactly. Previous review: I recently had to have a large number of black table linens cleaned and knew just the place to go. They have a service where they can wash, dry, fold, and package linens in a way that is affordable and easy to carry (they provide large substantial bags). I've used Orchid Cleaners for linens a few times and always had a good experience. Note that you can drive right up and pick up your clothes (drive-thru style). It's not immediately obvious, so it's more of an IYKYK kind of thing. Highly recommend!

She showed me where to get change (bring cash folks) then she showed me the different sized washing machines. There's literally normal, medium, and large sized washing machines. the large machine though will set you back $11 as of 2024. For the Queen sized comforter I brought in I was able to use the medium sized one no problem for $6.25. It's $1 more if you use hot water. Oversized dryers were cheaper for some reason. I was able to dry my comforter for $3.50. While I was waiting for my clothes, the nice lady offered me hot coffee and cookies which I politely turned down but who does that? It's the little things that add up. There's also free wifi and snack vending machines. The next time I need to have an oversized item cleaned, I'll definitely come here.
