It's sometimes crowded, but often you can go in and pull right up to a pump. The big minuses are the pump nozzles have the "fillup" levers removed so you have to hold the nozzle while filling. Also, as is true of all Arco stations, They only take cash or debit card (and they charge a fee to use a debit card). I've never had any problem with any of the employees, they seem like reasonably nice folks. I generally put money in their payment Kiosk and only have to go inside to get change if I miscalculate how much gas I needed. I sometimes underfill to get in and out quicker.
