Untrustworthy Dealership - Avoid at All Costs If I could leave a negative star review I would In 2023, I purchased a car from Fast Lane Auto Sales under the agreement that they would repair a damaged bumper as part of the sale. Their associate assured me they would order a new bumper and install it. For months, I stayed in contact with him and was repeatedly told, "I'll let you know." Weeks turned into months, and despite my efforts to follow up, no one ever reached out to fulfill their end of the deal. Now, two years later, I called the dealership again when preparing to purchase another vehicle, only to be told by the manager that there was "absolutely nothing" they could do for me. I was informed I had a 60-day window to get the repair, something that was never disclosed to me at the time of purchase. To make matters worse, their associate had specifically told me the part wasn't available at the time, which left me stuck waiting. When I reminded the manager of this, he dismissed me, talked down to me, and even hung up on me after saying, "I'm done with this conversation." This dealership failed to honor a agreement, brushed me off for months, took advantage of my inexperience as a younger buyer, and then shifted all responsibility back onto me. To add insult to injury, the manager tried to bait me into trading my car in for "more than anyone else would offer," as if I would want to buy yet another unreliable vehicle from them after my past experience. I've now bought two cars here -- both were disappointments, both came with broken promises. Fast Lane Auto Sales is dishonest, unprofessional, and unwilling to stand by their word. They prey on younger and less experienced buyers. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, do not trust this dealership. read more

just a heads up fastlane sells cars from car rental companies like enterprise. so if you see vehicles there with 30k or 40k miles on them they had over 100 different people driving them and abusing them. my mom got a 2018 ford fusion from them with 40k miles, they said there was only 1 previous owner. my mom believed them and didn't look into it. well 2 months later the car had transmission issues. she did a carfax and found out it was in several accidents, had body work, engine work and was owned by enterprise rental. she was sick to her stomach. we tried calling them about it and all they wanted to do was put her in another car from enterprise. they're sleezy. read more

Do not buy any cars from Fastlane. They are horrible. A lot of problems with them like transmissions issues, bald tires, engine over heating and tire suspension clanking. They will fix the minimum so they can pass inspection and then promise the customer that they will fix it when they come back and then when the customer does come back with any type of issue they go back on their promise. Craig the COO will smile in your face then turn around and talk smack about them, VERY DISRESPECTFUL! Don't trust this company please believe me. I've worked there for two years. For your safety avoid this place like the plague! They sold my niece a lemon! 2 days after she bought it her engine caught fire then 3 weeks after that a hole blew OUT of the front tire and the whole front end suspension fell off the car!!! I'm sure this car was in an accident prior and was fixed poorly. This place needs to be shut down for everyone's safety! Do NOT visit Fast Lane Car Sales if you are a young new driver or purchasing your first vehicle. When I arrived there, the Gentleman was very nice. I showed him which car I was interested in and immediately he tells me the engine was replaced recently..... and that's it. There's no word on how many owners it had, previous issues, etc. (Red Flag). Not even 3 minutes after meeting him, he gives me the keys to take the car out on a test drive, even telling me to drive around for 30 mins - 1 hour to get to "Live" in the car, basically getting used to car to ensure I want it. Seems sketchy considering ANYONE could just drive away. When me and my mother get back, we have trouble finding affordable insurance for the car, so the gentleman was happy enough to refer us to an insurance company. Worst case scenario, he never tells us what the company is. He goes on to tell me what my insurance per month is and that he will give me a call in the morning to inform me whether the bank will give me the loan or not. The car is very nice, however knowing the engine was replaced recently, and no other knowledge before hand. I was getting second thoughts. I wake up expecting a call in the morning, only to get it 2 in the afternoon. I let the gentleman know that I was no longer interested in the car, and even thanked him for taking the time to speak with me and my mother. I was exploring options elsewhere and there was lack of information on the car. He sounded very annoyed stating they went through 3 hours of progress trying to sell the car to me, and I should of "Let them know earlier". Uh you were supposed to CALL ME in the morning. He asked if I would pay $5000 for the car, not sure whether if he was joking or not. Someone else in the background mumbled that I was "Wasting their F***ing Time", so I just hung up and blocked his number. If you are a rookie/young driver and are looking to purchase a vehicle, DO NOT got to Fast Lane Car Sales. They will take advantage of you. read more

In July 2018 we purchased our 2nd vehicle from Fast Lane. 3 weeks later they contact us and tell us that the bank had rescinded on their contract because we already had 2 auto loans and they had missed it. Fast Lane said that they would help us out by holding the financing at $100.00 more per month than the contract. Never have I heard such a thing before, the finance manager said that this kind of thing occurs every now and then. I'm sorry but once I drive off the lot one would expect the contract to be binding. I took the car back as I do not want to deal with a company that rescinds contracts and helps by raising the payment only to make more money off their mistake. My opinion to you... go else where. Obviously change in finance managers from last year has reduced this company to shysters. read more
