STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS/ STEALERS! I contacted this company two months ago to replace the garage door motor, keypad, and remote control. The technician did the job and gave me three months of guarantee on the labor and equipment. A few days after, I noticed that one of my control remotes was not working properly. I called the company and the owner blamed the battery and the weather. So, I changed the battery but the issue persisted. I called this company today and the owner gave me the same excuses. I just told him that I need a new remote control. He said he would send a technician out but IF the remote control is working I would have to pay for "the visit". I said it was fine because the remote control is not working properly. When the technician arrived he just saw the remote control and told me it had water in it and that I was not careful with it. I said: WHAT? HOW COULD YOU POSSIBLY KNOW THAT? He opened the remote control and immediately went to his vehicle. After 5 minutes came back just to tell me that the remote control is fine. He pressed it several times but did not work. Later, it started to work and I told him that I want a new remote control because it is not working well. He said he fixed it. However, when I asked him if the remote control keeps giving me issues I will call the company again, he said: he would never be back after today. Then, he said he could give me a new one but I had to pay $150 to get it replaced. I said no, I have a guarantee of 3 months and it is covered by the guarantee. He said the guarantee only covered the motor, which was a lie because the receipt says otherwise. Then I told him I paid for those remote controls also. He tried to convince me I did not pay for them arguing that the motor and keypad already come with 2 remote controls: I told him, I am just realizing you STOLE my money because you charged me separately for those remote control. I called the owner. And after 5 minutes of waiting for him, I explained to him the situation and that I wanted a new remote control. He said he will call the technician. He, then, called the technician and started to speak in Arabic (I believe they are from Palestine) so I could not understand what they say at all. Then, the owner told me that the technician already explained to him the remote control is fine and I will have to pay $75 for his visit. I just told him, I will let everybody know that he is running a scam business and are stealing money from people who trust in them with good faith. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. The worse service ever! Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY! I reserved a time slot between 1-3PM. I called at 2:30PM to ask if he was coming. He said I called you twice and you didn't answer. I stated I was driving on the highway and was not able to answer. He said, "Well since you didn't answer, I'm not coming today." I explained when I made the appointment those rules were never explained to me and that I'm calling within the time slot I reserved. He said that he's not coming out. Complete rip-off. Called for a quote to install a keypad and remote, instead they sent someone out and without even seeing the unit told us it would be $245 to install Installed a $20 keypad and $7 remote. hen we said forget it they said we need to pay them $65 just for coming out. Sorry no one ever said anything about a charge just for coming out to give an estimate. Horrible experience. Will be reporting them for price gouging. Avoid using these guys! read more

Great service. On time. Inspected garage door and gave recommendations with no sales pressure. They were called for (2)burnout sensors,also replaced (10)rollers on doors,(2)cables and 2 pulleys. Called a 1-800 number and they put me in touch with this guy. This was my first garage door and he gave me a price thought it was high but what did i know. He came out and put in a garage door opener and i paid him a lot of money and he left. I have two small children so I'm busy, he gave me one opener and one key chain button and no manual, first red flag. When i got around to looking at the door i realized it was a used opener he installed ,it was scratched and it didn't have all the parts. I started to call real local companies and told them what I paid and they said boy did I pay a lot . I called the 1-800 number and they told me they don't stand behind their vendors they just forward work to them for money and then they go to the bank. I called him back and he lied and said he didn't put in a used opener. Remember he gave me only one key fob ,no manual, and there were scratches all over the unit, no box and parts that didn't match. After I complained ,a lot, he finally came back and put in a new opener.This all after I paid him about $400.00 over a fair price. He made a big deal about how i got a new opener this time complete with two fobs and a manual and an actual box.Then we shook hands and he went away, I felt robbed but at least he was gone. Now I'm in the garage and I notice he put a broken spring on the door and no safety wire to prevent it from hurting someone when the spring comes off and it will because it broken.Maybe it will hurt my kids. Complete fraudulent and Phony company full of Liars. A guy from Fast Local showed up with his van and offered me to install "top of the line" Lift Master openers that can be operated using iphone app and home link technology. Promised me that he will leave once everything is working as expected. After installing the openers when I tried to install the app and asked him questions about it, He lied telling me that I need to call Lift Master and they will make it work in 15 minutes. And disappeared with money. I called lift master and found out that he had installed a cheaper model which is not capable of connecting to any app or internet. He kept lying during the night when I kept texting about the instructions and whether he has installed the correct model. Next day he tells me that I need to order additional equipment to make it work - totally fraud - that was not he promised before installing the openers. He keeps arguing with me in a loud and intimidating tone I sent an email to their office complaining about all this, they replied saying they will call me - another lie. They never called me or left any voice mail. Stay away from these guys. read more
