If you are choosing them because…read morethey are an authorized repair shop with your car's extended warranty (mine is through CarMax) please stop and explore your other options before you make the same mistake I did....unless you want your 17 year old daughter stranded in the middle of the road at 5 pm on a Friday afternoon...OUT OF TOWN....First off...let's talk about the 3 weeks they had the car to make some repairs...3 weeks due to having the wrong parts sent...of course they blamed some of that on the local Chrysler dealership.....so they fix everything that they said was wrong when I brought the vehicle in, but also recommended a coolant flush with my oil change ...$4900 (warranty covered $1400)...within the next 3 weeks the radiator hose has blown out on her on the 45 bypass....take the car back......they tell me that doesn't have anything to do with their previous work bc the hose was worn.....On my inspection sheet it shows "all hose in good condition " $367 and 5 days later ....because.....Yea you guessed it...that Chrysler dealership had them order the wrong parts AGAIN.......NOTHING IS EVER THEIR FAULT..... ONLY 2 hours after picking the car up from this second repair....i get a call from my daughter that the heat isn't working in the car now.....I call back the next morning and Brian tells me that yes it's possible it's not working due to their previous job so bring it in at my convenience........less than 72 hours after this is when her car completely shuts down in the middle of the road....OUT OF TOWN......I had the car towed to Christian brothers and my daughter tells me that the tow truck driver even made a comment about how many cars he has to take there bc they have messed up on the repairs...hmmm.......so Brian reaches out to me promptly after they open today (Monday morning) and I tell him what happens...he says he will call me after they push it into the bay and look at it.....I remind him that the heat wasn't working due to their previous repairs bc evidently there are no notes that said I called it in Wednesday morning...he also tries to gaslight me and say a technician said the check engine light was on when it left Tuesday....NO IT WAS NOT!!!.....so anyways we are now dealing with a busted radiator that was just in fine condition upon previous inspection......I had the car towed from Christian Brothers to my normal repair shop(who unfortunately doesn't use the Carmax warranty program) and guess what.....the second tow truck company that I used was not the least bit surprised to be towing a vehicle AWAY from this location. If you have made it this far reading my review Thank You!! I am hoping I can help anyone avoid going through this experience! I did tell the owner I would be giving them a bad review , also spreading the word on social media! This business is, by far, superior in numerous ways to how many of today's car dealerships' shops now operate. I was frantic to say the least considering I live at 385/Riverdale. Well, I made to this location, pulled into the lot n by then it was fully flat. A guy saw me and came out to meet me n I explained I had run over a rock!!!!‍ He preceded to tell me to pull to a bay n then he checked it out, put air in it but we both heard the air coming back out. He then said hold on let me get someone else. He brought a guy out who bent down n found the leak and to my already bad day said it was in the side wall. Yikes. But they said we got you. You be ok. The guy took off my bad tire n put on my donut, mind u I'd just bought the vehicle a month ago. So yea, I'm a lil nervous. These two gentlemen Mike & Gabe were attentive, calm and most friendly in my time of need. I made it home on the donut. Lollol. Called to make an appointment for the next day for new tires on my grandson's car and all was good until they asked me to come in TODAY to pay. I'm 62 years old and my family has 4 cars one of which is a performance car which eats tires, I've replaced a LOT of tires in my lifetime and I've NEVER been asked to pay for them before they're on the car. I talked to Randy just before he retired and told him I hoped his successor was at least half as trustworthy as he was. Disappointed to say the least. I will not be back here.

Since my father owns an auto shop back up North, I always come in with a set of very specific instructions, especially when it comes to my oil changes. Each one of my cars has a specific set of instructions I want followed because each one has its own little finicky things. Lucas first, don't top off fluids except washer fluid, only use manual tools and not drills, etc. the guys who work here have ALWAYS abided by my instructions without hesitation. They don't ever make me feel like a nuisance or burden and are always very polite and professional. Today was no different. Nick worked on my Mercedes to get my oil change done and then Derek worked on my new tire installation. Between the pleasant conversations, not ever trying to rip me off because I'm a female, and their overall politeness and ability to work on my cars the way I want them to, I will continue coming back year after year and bringing all of my cars here ranging from the more normal ones to the imports. They do have a pretty high turnover rate of workers, so just as I get to know one set of them, a new set arrives, but every single set of guys has been very helpful and respectful. I would absolutely recommend this shop, ESPECIALLY to females, because they won't try to rip you off like most shops around here will try to do just because they think you don't know what you're talking about and are an easy target. I also always bring in my own oil and filters (and even my own tires) and they have no issues using MY equipment, which many shops in the area will refuse to do. If you're hesitant, don't be.
