You will not find better parking service than this, they pick you up at your car within seconds and in 5 min your at the terminal. Super courteous, especially James who is a supervisor and Gary, but all the employees are great. If your running late they will shoot straight to the terminal for you, I know this first hand. Also wheel chair friendly they will drive your car to drop you off and then pick you up in your car upon return. read more

This is by far the best parking lot at BWI! Just saved us 30 minutes by not having to wait for the normal airport shuttle. They even offer complimentary bottled water upon exiting the lot. I will definitely use fast park every time I go to bwi. read more

I love the ride even though I am not a fan of public transportation. It is a little bit of a bumpy ride but I think is is kinda fun. I am young so I enjoy traveling because of the fun. When we travel with the family, they tell us about all sorts of cool suvenire shops. Which can somtimes make it feel so much later than it is which The shuttle wakes me right up it is so fun. When I first started using FastPark 2 at BWI it was the best thing ever. Unfortunately it's like everything else. Price is now up to $10 a day. When we tried to exit the lot the booth was closed even though there was an attendant in the booth. We wanted to pay by cash and couldn't. We went to one of the automated exit lines and couldn't get it to accept our credit card. I then got out of the car and went into the building. No one in there. Finally I walked over to the booth and told the attendant I wanted to exit and pay by cash. At that time she took my receipt and lifted the gate where my vehicle was. If customer service at the exit doesn't improve we won't be using FastPark 2 in the future. read more

I found out about this little secret when the long-term lots were full at BWI on Christmas Eve. By the time I parked and got out of my car there was a shuttle waiting behind me to take me to the terminal. The driver wrote me a card telling me what aisle and space I parked in. The shuttle was clean and nice and had room for luggage, and it was not the same as riding the cramped airport shuttle where people are sneezing and crowding your space. I was on the shuttle with one lady and the driver was pleasant and not a maniac driver. So, I returned to BWI and was a little worried because my flight landed at 11pm and thought maybe the shuttles wouldn't be timely, but there was a shuttle in the arrivals and I got right on and the driver took my card with the aisle and space number and brought me back to my car, not some little plastic stop in the endless sea of minivans and Camrys that is no where near to where you parked. I think the rate was $8 something per day which is about the same as long term parking at BWI. On the way out they have both a cashier lane and an automated lane if you pay with credit, and once you pay and pull up there is a refrigerator full of bottled water to grab for your drive out. Also, right across the street is a McDonald's in case you need some french fries to wash down your water. read more

Cost is now $7.40 for red lot and $6.90 for blue lot. No coupon needed. The red lot shuttles do come a lot more frequently when you are returning to the parking lot. And I love the bottled water. read more

This is the ONLY parking I will ever use for BWI airport. A friend recommended this parking/shuttle service to me well over 10 years ago, and I was hooked ever since. If you sign up for the rewards program, you earn free parking days which add up really quick. The shuttle picks you up at your car and the driver will load your luggage in for you. The shuttles run all of the time. There is never any real wait. At the airport they are also always arriving in the designated pick up areas, and again drop you back off at your car. The price is very reasonable. Once I was even getting back right after a big snow and the shuttle driver shoveled the area around my car and cleaned the snow off my car for me. Mr. Johnny and Mr. George both have treated me very well and remembered me often when I used to have to fly regularly out of town for my previous job. I also love that when you leave, you get a bottle of water. I have recommended this place to many relatives and friends in the area, and then tell me they will never park anywhere else. read more

Drop off of the car at the parking lot was smooth and as advertised. It was very nice. Pulled into the lot and found a spot easily. The shuttle came within a minute. Driver loaded the luggage, and we got to the airport with no problems. This was about 4 AM so we were the only shuttle passengers. Returned to BWI on a Saturday night about 11:15PM. We got to the pickup spot and there was a full shuttle leaving with about 15 more people waiting to go. Waited for about 10 minutes for the next shuttle which we could not get onto since it was mobbed by others waiting. I called and asked for more shuttles and was told that that they were short on drivers and were aware of the situation. In another 10 minutes two shuttles came within 3 minutes of each other. We finally got on the 2nd shuttle as the last passengers. There were still several folks who could not get on and had to wait for the next shuttle. From this point, everything went fine getting to the car. The next inconvenience was that the cashier sent us out of line to the express pay exit since they were in a middle of a shift change (near midnight now), and we were planning to pay by credit card. Final inconvenience was the credit card machine was not clearly marked on how to insert the credit card so the magnetic strip could be read. I had to insert the credit card numerous ways before it was read. This service needed more drivers and a queue line at the airport so passengers could board orderly. I think I am going to try a different lot next time. read more

First time actually traveling from BWI for my travel needs even though I had to travel from VA. After doing extensive last minute research for parking for my vehicle online, i got tired of all the confusing information that was offer online. After dropping the family off at the airport I caught a glance at the Fast Park bus with its advertising for parking, I quickly followed behind the bus. Upon arrival to the red parking lot, I was received by an older lady with one of the most welcoming smile I've seen coming from a customer service rep. Just her smile alone got me in the lot. Gettting back on topic the bus driver that assisted me when i dropped off my car was pretty knowledgeable about her work but i copuld not re,eber her name to thank her as well, But the best experience was on pick-up trip from the airport. Since it was my first time using the service it was a little difficult to find FastPark drop-off/pick-up location. Once I found it, we were met by a driver operating bus# 17 by the name of Antwan, This young man was very helpful and enthusiastic to me and my family. I was real please, on how he actually took the initiatiive to help with my luggage, while dealing with my two year. Overall experience with the company and drivers I give it a 9 out 10. The price was very fair for the service. Antwan you rock-sir please keep up the good work and profesionalism. read more
