Customer service was amazing! The bald guy that dried my car was so kind! I didn't have any cash for a tip and he was sure to tell me not to worry about it and that I just have to keep coming back! Also the vacuums have great suction when they work two of them broke on me but the same guy came over and fixed it when I asked for help! My car was still dirty, they don't have enough people working there. Only one person pre washing and one person drying. Need to double that at the very least to keep up with the amount of cars in line. The auto wash down the street is cheaper and washes better. read more

This place was great when it opened and for awhile after. The past several times I've gone NOW.. the car doesn't get washed- dirt and mud along the car bottoms, windows are smeared, the car is 1/2 rinsed and /2 dry. Several of the rollers dont even touch the car. The machines just dont do the job anymore. I spend more time cleaning up and wiping off and redoing then having it go through that wash anymore. I probably come here once every other week or sometimes more. Great car wash for a great price. I get my car detailed here and they do an amazing job. Very efficient and quick. Hector is one of the best they have. I always specifically look for him when ever I want the car wash with the detailed cleaning package. Highly recommend trying this place out. read more

I am in the car wash right now and the workers that are here are rude. I drove up to get my car washed. The guy started to water my car and then just leaves. Apparently there's only one person working. He couldn't have said that to me. I'm asking the other worker where he went. What's going on And says oh we only have one worker on site. I'm like OK well you could've told me that so I'm just sitting in my car with it running for like five minutes while they're doing whatever they're doing finally he comes up to the window and I'm like what's going on he snaps at me and says, we only have one person. The guys work really hard, especially considering there doesn't always seem to be enough manpower. The vacuum situation could be better. The suction isn't always the best and I wish there were vacuums in each side of the car so you don't have to rap around. read more

They used to be pretty good, past couple of times I went my car came out with large water spots left and I payed extra for rum cleaning and rims weren't scrubbed or done, still had dirt on them.. behind tire still has mud left like they didn't even try and scrub it off. Used to love this car wash.. something has changed and I will not be returning. Left a message for the owner and no response so here I am. First of all the yard that this car wash sits on is filthy.. trash strewn everywhere always. Secondly the vacuum area is a total waste of energy. It too is filthy, hoses r broken, and there is no suction power so it takes forever to make very little progress. When I asked for help they said the equipment clogs and they would have to shut everything down to solve it.. apparently they never solve it. They r often understaffed so one side of your vehicle gets prepped to go thru and the other side does not. The employees seem to try their best but clearly the owner is not competent to run a business intelligently. Quality has completely failed. Don't waste your time or money! read more

I have gone to this car wash for a few years now. I always ALWAYS stop at the row of vacuums to dry my car myself. Yesterday was the first time I asked to take my car through a second time, as there was a lot of stuff that was missed in the first wash. I showed the owner/manager and he INSISTED on arguing with me about it, which was completely insulting. The staff is always great, so I tip well. Came by on a Sunday around noon. Had a rental car and couldn't figure out how to get it in neutral! A line of people behind my friend and I, and we were stuck. Guy working in straw hat with LA Dodgers on it came to try and put it in neutral. We couldn't figure it out and we drove slowly through and HE WALKED US THROUGH THE WHOLE CAR WASH. Couldn't believe it. They dried the car after and self vacuum was free. They were great. Service and quality!! read more

So I've come here twice, once with my car just a basic wash and self vacuum. Today my husband and I came here with the intent of doing the same, then decided to try the 25$ wash with vacuum service and armor all wipe down of the interior. We weren't sure what to expect but they 100% succeeded our expectations. It took about 30min or so for the interior clean, but the man working today did an AMAZING job. My husband wishes we had gotten his name to give him a shout out. I think I recall seeing a small cross tattoo on his lower arm or hand. Took my SUV through the wash, after a thorough inspection, I noticed a thick soapy residue. I took it back and they offered to run it through the wash again. I pointed out, to one of the staff members, that the soap solution is too concentrated, causing the horrible finish. They attempted to "spray" the soap away with some type of solution. I was DISAPPOINTED to say the least. I spoke with the owner over the phone and he told me "if you're not happy, just don't come back"! Are you F'n kidding me? The first time I was here, I had no issues. Felt the price was fair and I as glad they had free vacuums, unlike the place I initially tried in Santa Maria. Yesterday I went back for the 2nd and last time. My car was never fully rinsed. As I was exiting the car wash the air dryers were literally blowing off soap suds from my car. The guy that dried it got most off- not a big deal. So I left like normal but as soon as i got on the road and accelerated suds that got stuck between the top of the hood and windshield started flying up and onto the windows and doors. I saved my receipt and went back the very next day, explained the situation, and kindly asked for a rewash. The girl had to call her manager and after a long conversation I was denied a rewash, told this couldn't be soap as they would have dried it off with the towel. I've never seen such poor customer service. Most places have a 24hr policy for bad weather or unsatisfactory work. I was shocked that my request was denied! They ended up having someone just wash the windows with windex for me but still, why am I paying for a service if you're not going to do your job? Not to mention a waste of time as I'm capable of washing my windows at home if need be. Will happily take my service elsewhere. read more

Worst car wash ever! Their machine ripped the roof rack off my truck, I tried repeatedly to talk to the owner, Kevin, who had 1 reason after another why he couldn't meet me. I called my insurance company and filed a claim. As one last effort to try and resolve the matter, before completing the claim, my husband went down to try and talk to Kevin again. The guy was a jerk who tried to tell my husband it wasn't his fault because there are signs that relieve him of any liability. Wrong! There are no signs at all. Not even one asking that you pull your mirrors in. Maybe he put some up AFTER my truck was damaged but I have pictures proving there weren't at the time. Don't roll the dice at this place. read more

Yes I'm back all Codigo here to lay out down on customer service and quality. This time it's all about the car wash, in Lompoc can the car wash is called fast pass car wash. Well I was a fan for some time, but no more. Sooooo let's get started... Ok; I stop by here every so often and always get "the package" it's $20.00 and it's great for all the bells and whistles and it's inside and outside and they always do a great job. Well this time it was quite different. They have an upgraded vaccine system and a pre drying system by three light fluffy rolls at the end our the wash. The price also changed before it was$20.00 and another $5 for tip. Well now it's $25 for the package and if you give a $5 tip it's now $30. And this sucks because what will happen is people will pay the$25 but they're tip will go from $5 to $3 or less. Another gripe is where are the owners? Where can I get ahold of the owners to complain of comment anything maybe too say good job? They are no where to be found. Well back to the review, so there guy who dries motions me to move under a canopy space where he will start the detail on the inside per the package. I drive in and he walked away. I waited 15 min. Then a guy strolls over and tells me "that fuckin guy thinks he dissent have to do shit" I didn't say anything I just thought great now I got someone in a bad mood working on my car. He vacuumed the front seat then walked away and starts drying the cars coming out of the tail end of the car wash. I wait 20 minutes more then he strolls over and starts again. Finished up vacuuming then said you want armor-all? I said yes but I thought " na I just paid for it but I really don't want it" really what type of question is that. But I digress... Ok so he said ok your all done I gave him $3 told him thanks and went home. When I got home, ohh total time there was 7:30 to 9:10 the vaccine job was lacking, he did say he thought something was plugging up the house a bit, but I think once he thinks that he needs to verify that not use that to explain a shity job. Next the window wipe down was great, the armor-all work was awful, none of the cup holders where cleaned none of the door pockets where cleaned and the dash had dust all over it. I am going to find the owners I don't want a freebie I just want them to know they lost a solid customer. And their price home of $5 is great for them only does nothing but take away from the workers tips. And now the workers are showing their unhappiness like the other sad can wash on collage street. To bad, o have to do this, and it sucks but you can't let places like this so a bad Job and not say anything to bad. I hope the turn it around, to get a person to give up cash they are getting is not going to happen so they won't drop their price but I hope they do something about the quality of work. read more

What a waste of money. They couldn't even be bothered to clean my front windshield or eliminate any of the bug stains. They throw out a semi attractive Latina to flirt with male customers, while the workers, all Hispanic/Latinos, yell and scream insults, doing as little as possible. They failed to use the dryer and 2 other parts of this broken down business. Racist scum. The vacuum is shut down at 5 pm, but it's so poor, it barely works. This place is a TOTAL RIP OFF. Shameful. Horrible people. Cars harmed by the defective track. They use less than 10% of the water used at other car washes. My car was dirtier after the alleged "cleaning" than when I entered. read more

One of the worst car washes I've ever been to. When they have enough personnel working, they're not too bad. But that rarely occurs here. I drove in this morning at 8:25 a.m. there was one other car here. Here I am at 9 and the gentleman cleaning the interior of my car, is constantly walking back to dry other cars causing my car to remain here two or three times longer than it had to be. More personnel working to move these cars through the line. I will not be coming back. read more

The name says it all, fast car wash. I pick the III level for car wash, and I told them not to use windex because of my tints. The lady said the she will let them know about it, guess what the used windex all around. Also, you can tell how sloppy job they did inside and out because you can still see the dirt that the rug were not able to touch because of their speedy way of doing it. O well, will just use their express next time, I will just have to final touch it myself next time. read more
