I drive a lot for work. I just needed something comfortable, efficient and dependable, so I wasn't concerned with aesthetic perfection, but the interior gets Hot due to the large windows, so I took it here to get the windows tinted. I figured while I was there I'd get it detailed to see if I could bring it back to life a little. It took a lot longer than expected and I was a little worried that they might have broken something and were scrambling to fix it, but when I finally got it back, that was not the case. I was shocked by how good it looked. I would say it looks brand new, but that would be understating how good it looks. It looks like it's ready to be in a car show or something. I can't believe how much effort and attention to detail they put into my car. Knowing what a great job they do, whenever I get a brand new car that I really want to protect, I'll immediately take it here for protective film and ceramic coating. They told me if I got the paint from BMW they'd take care of the rest. I'll let the photos do the talking... I took photos and sent everything over, and while they did offer to "fix it," after seeing the quality of the original work I honestly wasn't comfortable bringing my vehicle back there again. Instead, I kept getting told "we'll call you back" regarding a refund that call never came. The whole place honestly feels like it's being run by a bunch of 19 year old kids who are friends with the owner's son, who apparently runs the shop. The work quality and professionalism definitely reflect that. No accountability, poor communication, and zero confidence that they actually knew what they were doing. Unfortunately I paid cash, otherwise I would absolutely be disputing the charge with my bank. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. Moral of the story, this place is awful. Save your time, money, and stress!! Find another shop that will actually do the work right the first time.
