This place used to be one of best places in town and really catered for you, within the last few months I've been here it has just gone down. To start vacuuming used to be included in the price of the car wash which was a little over $20, but well worth it. Today seem to be the last times we will be here, amid Covid 19, There was only one of all the employees here wearing a mask. As far as the service we paid for the "best" service and got short of horrible service it includes tire and rim cleaning which we did not receive; the employee said it's included in what goes through the machine, our tires and rims looked just as dirty coming in as they did coming out. Unfortunately, we had a couple bird droppings and none of that was removed, when we asked the employees if we could go through the car wash again they said no and they said an employee would help us remove the stains, the employee then proceeded to give us a rag so we could DIY. today was absolutely the worst service I've ever received at a car wash, do not waste your money and go somewhere where they actually appreciate your business. I had been here many times, and today was reversed. During the latter part of the wash cycle, I heard a snap from the rear windshield. As I exited and the worker was manually wiping down the vehicle. He stopped at the rear view windshield lifted up the wiper as if he was wiping it down. Looked through the vehicle and I saw him with concern and then he walked away quickly. I pulled off to the side by vacuum station, inspected the car and noticed rear windshield wiper arm was snapped. I immediately reported that to the girl taking payment, I was handed a clipboard to fill out a report. I asked for manager name, number, address and was refused. She then told me the manager would contact me instead. I went to the police station to file a formal complaint. read more

I go here most of the time. I get package III with wash and inside clean for $20. I bring both my van and car here. You pay when you roll up. Then drive around the back for the wash. They pre-brush your grill and tires. Then you go through the car washer. Stop at the end and the guy will hand dry. You can tip because that's the cool thing to do. If you bought more services he will point you to go towards the back and park next to the vacuums. Another guy will clean then inside. You can sit over on the picnic tables or go inside. There is a bathroom, couch, stuff to purchase. They will come get you when they are done. Great job! read more

Paid $13 for a car wash and gave a $7 tip but when I got home, my Car was not clean on the bottom front and passenger side. Went back expecting resolution (another wash or a refund) but I was told they could not help me because the car was washed about 2.5 hours before my complain. You should have come back right away, I was told. I was given a phone number to a manager, who did not answer the phone and voice mail is not set up. The girl would not even give me her name and she was rude. I went home and washed the car myself. This place cares about making money and they don't care if the customers don't get the service they pay for. read more

Do not take your car here! I took my new car here for only its second wash ever. When I got home I discovered - 1. Soap and water spots on the car 2. The entire rear of the car was very poorly washed by the machine and dirt was not wiped off by the drying crew at the end. 3. Most importantly, the machine or the crew with the long handle brushes left a 3" long deep gouge in the paint on the rear hatch of the car. I returned to show them the damage and give them an opportunity to make it right, but was treated like dirt. The personnel on hand glanced at the damage, shrugged their shoulders and said "not us", the person at the register called the manager, but would not let me talk to her. I was asked to fill out a complaint form and told I would be called to discuss the details, but never received a call. I have received better service and better quality at local youth sports fundraiser car washes. My $11 car wash turned into a several hundred dollar car wash to repair the car. read more

this car wash is known being cheap and quick but when i exited the car wash and went to vacuum it out, an employee ran after me to send me through again and pointed out the parts the machine didn't wash. without any charges i ran my car back through the car wash. such good service - they care about their customers! highly recommend read more

Worst service ever! I have given many chances and even told them what they didn't do last few time's. Promised it would get done and didn't follow through. When I pay to have my wheels clean please clean them. If I have to get out out and finish washing my car why pay you 13 bucks to do it. There was splattered bug on my side window and he just smeared it instead of cleaning it. They are lazy and dry your car with old rough rags that scratch the paint. Never going back again. read more

OK so the owner made upgrades to this car wash and they're not really upgrade I got stuck in there for about an hour today having to go back around a second time and still the inner working parts were not working so I came out of there it was so all over my car I'm not happy at all I got my money back but that's not the point they don't even have a hose outside to wash things down in the event that something like this happens totally unprepared and unprofessional and then the owner of course is not there. I wouldn't recommend you go to this place especially today don't go you're going to get stuck. read more

I only take my cars to a place that hand dries it after a wash so I take all my cars here every couple weeks and they turn out great. The price isn't too bad about $13 plus tip but I haven't tried anything but exterior wash. read more

This place has a wash called "The Best" which should be called "The Worst". It costs $13.00 and just is not a great job. The guy wiping your car down barely touches it with his little rag and there is no elbow grease involved here. If you get "The Best" you should make sure your car is somewhat pristine already. Also there is no vacuuming included unless you get what is called"The Package". What happened to the days when people cared about providing good service for a decent price. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars was because the girl greeting and taking the money was very friendly. Still that's not enough for me to go back again. Find someplace else. read more

I paid $25 for the package. I went through the wash and then a employee wiped a small portion of my truck with a towel. He motioned me to proceed to the detail area. I waited about 20 minutes and no one showed up. I asked the employee who was going to do my truck. He replied that they were to busy. I checked with the attendant who took my money and she advised me that they would have to call some one in to do my truck. No reason why she didn't mention this when she took my money. The employee with the drying towels wiped my passenger windows with a dirty towel. The wash and drying process left my truck dirty. I guess they took advantage of me because I am 70. I will never go back. I strongly advise others not to use this business. read more

Busy day at the car wash, which is to be expected because it's a beautiful day out, but terrible Customer Service. I paid for the "best" car wash and most of the employees seemed clueless and too busy talking you each other. My car wasn't that dirty, just my rims, which I asked to be wiped down and was told that's not part of the services except for a tire spray. Had to roll my window down to do so and they didn't bother to wipe it even though it got smeared with water marks. Same thing happens when you tip the guys that dry your car but today I didn't tip because Aren't rims a major part of your car that gets dirty? The owners were on site, but instead of being helpful, they were mostly in the way and telling their employees to hurry up and cut corners. One employee got scolded because he was actually one of the only guys doing a good job using soap and a brush. I really hate how pushy these car places are about packing the cars in making us line up so close to the other cars in line and no regards for the alignment of our vehicles tires as they hurry us into the car wash itself. But you can bet they won't cover any damage. So frustrating. Lompoc really needs to step their game up. Pine car wash is awful too and broke my sun roof. I don't know where else to go. read more

They let people cut in line. They were processing my credit card and there were 3 cars behind me waiting. One car got out of line, presumably because it was too long, and drove toward the exit. One person, assuming the owner, ran after him, took his cash and let him cut in front of everyone. I asked why that person got to go ahead of me. He responded "so I don't loose a customer and your credit card took too long." They gained one customer but lost me. read more

Went after hearing all good things under the new management. Five days later I have to RAVE about them. I got the detailing done, the second I pulled out of the automated part it started pouring rain, I was bummed. When I got to the detail center the sun had come back out and they fervently and perfectly hand dried my car. It was pretty gross inside and they cleaned it all! The mats, cup holders, everything! I was so impressed. However after if poured rain all weekend I am most blown away by the fact that my car is still shiny and sparkling clean, whatever wax they used held up completely against four days of rain. My father in law kept commenting on how my car looks like it came fresh out of a detail after all this rain (without knowing I had just gotten it done!) My husband is jealous, he got his car detailed at the dealership the day before me and his is covered in mud and spots, while mine shines in the driveway--- he can't wait to go to Fast pass! read more

Stumbled on to this place this morning. Drove in to the other place (my regular spot) at 07:45 (Says it opens at 7). Guy lounging out in front goes into the office, then strolls out a few minutes later to tell be that they will not be open until sometime after 08:00. Don't know what was going on in the back room, but it beats work. This is the second time in succession it's happened. Quick review of my options. Drove half a block down the street to Fast Pass, put down $20 (less than at the other place), and the guys - who aren't afraid of work and do a great job - took care of me right now. 08:15 I'm home again with a sparkling vehicle and writing this review. If this is how they normally do work, I've just changed my regular car wash. read more

I'm so happy I've found this place. The "other" car wash in town is awfully expensive & does a horrible job! For $20 I get a completely clean car inside & out, no complaints here. And they're happy to comply when I ask them to use fresh rags on my windows to avoid streaking. I've already recommended this place to several people. read more

Horrible. The drying part of the machine malfunctioned, banged loudly into my passenger side, did not move down the vehicle like it always had in the past but stayed in one place turning very slowly for a couple minutes. The upper drying mechanism never move toward my car at all. I starting hearing a terrible metal ripping noise as the roller continued to stay in one place. After 2-3 minutes it finally made a very loud noise and I knew my car had been damaged. After another minute the machine clicked on and started moving again as did the belt that moves your car through. Once out of the wash I saw that my antenna had been ripped off from the core. There was a hole in my car and bent metal. Also deep scratches. I filled out a report as asked to do from employee and was assured the owner would call me. He NEVER called or would return calls. I had to call my own insurance company as the damage was nearly $1,500!!! Read other reviews!!! I wish I had. Faulty maintenance and owner doesn't care. read more

I have been taking my vehicles to Fast Pass Car Wash (Lompoc, CA) for the past seven years and I can honestly say it is time for a change. My experience today was the final straw. You see, it all began when I was waiting in line for instructions to pull up. My vehicle had not been washed for quite sometime so it was very dirty. I purchased Package III, as usual, because I wanted the inside and outside cleaned. Sometimes (hit or miss) they will spray bug wash on the front of your vehicle if it is coated with bugs. My vehicle (bugs all over the front) was missed. However, the vehicle behind me was sprayed with bug wash. As I proceeded through the wash I noticed not all of the equipment was working and this has become a common theme. The equipment is constantly malfunctioning and when you take your vehicle through the wash the soap is not being rinsed off properly. Also, not all of the brushes are rotating so portions of the vehicle are being missed. However, I keep hearing; "they are going to fix it soon." Additionally, I have noticed when they are busy they rush you through the wash and skip some of the Package III benefits. Several times I have had to take my vehicle back through the wash after I complained. Furthermore, the facility appears to be falling apart and many of the services offered before are no longer available. I used to enjoy waiting inside because it was clean and there were refreshments available. However, most of the refrigerators/coolers are no longer working. There is also a Cappuccino machine inside that looks like it has not been cleaned for some time. The employees are very professional and understanding and I feel bad for them. In the end, I should not have to keep doing this. As I looked over my vehicle all I could do is just shake my head. The facility and services have suffered over the last couple of years. Fast Pass! I've been taking my 2015 Chevrolet 3500 Silverado here to get washed since April. Always tell the guys no armor all on the interior. Today I go to get the vehicle washed. I get package I I select windows (which means no armorall). What do they do... They armorall the interior. I have the girl call the owner and ask her to have the owner call me. Meanwhile I go online to find out how to remove armorall from the interior. Woolite mixed at a 10 to 1 ratio is supposed to be the safest and most effective. An hour passes. .. call the business back gal says she contacted the owner and she's supposed to call me. 30 minutes later still no call so I drive back down to the carwash. Have gal call owner to let her know that I'm there and want to talk her. Owner is in a meeting and won't talk. I'm thinking maybe I should just contact a lawyer and sue her... Meanwhile the longer it sits the more it's soaking in. I'm so pissed right now. .. read more

Will never use again. Went once before and had no problems, however on my second wash I got out and noticed every panel on the driver's side has been scratched. Paint damage is way too expensive to risk on these folk's mediocre machine washes. read more
