When I tried to talk to the staff about it, they didn't care at all. No apology, no responsibility, nothing. They acted like it wasn't their problem and basically brushed me off. It's honestly ridiculous that a place that's supposed to take care of your car can treat customers like that. Save your money and go somewhere else. This place clearly doesn't care about doing the job right or about damaging people's cars.

One car is only 4 months old and was being washed for the first time. It ended up with a ding on the trunk, most likely from the end of a hose or something else hard being knocked against it. The other has a large scratch across the passenger door handle, which Guillermo informed me "looks like nails scratches." Even setting aside the damage, the cars simply were not cleaned well. There were spots and smudges all over one car, and an obvious spill on the center console of the other was left untouched. Needless to say, I won't be using him again. I wouldn't trust Guillermo to wash a bicycle again, let alone a car. If you care about your cars, I suggest you stay away from him as well.
