Absolute garbage quality. The water is so hard I may as well wash with tap water from my house. This place is a rip off, water spotted the shit out of my vehicle and the spot free rinse was full of soap after 3 minutes of rinsing. Went here on a Sunday for a hand car wash, there was only one car ahead of me and I was in and out in less than 30 mins. For the price of the exterior wash ($18) I think it is worth it. The manager guy wasn't much of a talker, but he also didn't pressure me into paying anything extra. They have both self service and hand wash options available. For $25 you'll get both interior & exterior cleaned. That's for my small sedan though big trucks maybe more expensive. I'll be back. read more

I usually do not write bad reviews because I do not like putting businesses down, but I am so disappointed in the business, I feel complied to write a review. I was not going to use this business again because the fact is they ruined our ceramic coating on our Lexus. Well this time I took my son's car, I wasn't too concerned because it does not have a ceramic coating. I pulled up and asked the gentleman who was washing cars how long it would take he said about 15 minutes I would have to wait. I had no problem with that until another car pulled right up in front of me. I told the gentleman, I was 1st to get the car wash. He looked up at me and told me he was sorry and kept washing the other car, he didn't have any concern for my time or anything else. I come to this car wash when I want a better job done than the drive-though car washes, since you get what you pay for. It's my daughter's birthday, and since 'he's' her pride and joy, I decided to take him to Pine Car Wash for a hand wash and wax; he's now soooo clean and soooo shiny, and soooo happy! . Normally she does her own hand wash and dry at my house on the lawn because when he was brand new, she took him twice to a hand wash place in Santa Barbara.and both times, they scratched him. Pine Car Wash did a great job cleaning him inside and out, used paper towels on the windows, vacuumed the interior, cleaned the dash. The wax they used is like liquid paste, and they buffed it out. NO SCRATCHES, either!!!! Regarding the price, there is a sheet on the counter that gives prices for all services for various sizes of cars, so there was no question about that, as reported in other posts. Great job, guys!! If I could give ONE STOP CAR WASH a minus one I would. I used to go here a lot and even recommended a friend to go have her car cleaned.I would tip the prep tech the guys who rinse all the dirt and bugs off the wind shield before they have you drive through car wash machine. The wash crew WAS helpful. The guy lead me in wrong the machine bumped and almost took off antenna and ripped my back end bumper off. I drive through not knowing the damage to my car and there is a tech waiting to dry my car. He Sees the bumper, never says a word about it being damaged. I tipped and they didnt even give a comp wash for the trouble. I asked if owner was in. They gave me the brush off. No pune intended. Please spend your money and time at other caring carwashs. Or simply do not go through those half ass broken down machines. I learned a lesson...never again. read more

Don't go there; this place is terrible! My hood and hood only somehow, was either damaged by this establishment or they somehow uncovered previously undetectable damage and made it look horrible. Either way, my always garaged car went in looking beautiful, shiny and black and came out with the hood looking like it had been taken off of a beater that had been sitting in the sun for years. The owner of this establishment is not a good person. I told him I wish he had a manager I could speak to, since he was such a difficult person, to which he said, "Sue me! I don't care!". Don't go there! Charlene, the regular manager, is cool. The technicians are polite, but the bottom line is that this place is a dump, owned/operated by a dishonorable, disrespectful, and shady character. read more

Seriously kind people!!! My BF ran over some fresh deer remains on the highway and we came here the morning after to clean up the disaster. We were struggling and their staff did everything they could to help us, one of their associates(Justin) even got down under the car and helped pull the chunky bits out. Good basic hand wash and interior vacuumed . But inconsistent in their pricing 2 weeks ago was 18.00 for my PU today was 25.00. So get a quote first. It changes with business for the day. If slower price seems less. And think it depends on who's working, maybe each worker sets their price. All I know is will go somewhere more consistent next time. read more

This was my first visit to a car wash after moving to town in February. The manager Charlene greeted my girlfriend and I personally, and was super friendly when asking what I wanted done. I went with the wash and hand wax for my 2011 Fusion and it hasn't looked this shiny since it rolled off the lot. The carpets look great, they cleaned and wiped down the seats, and the wheels were spotless. After seeing the way mine looked, my girlfriend left hers for the same treatment on the spot. Be warned the owner has viscous dogs, The big one literally was jumping through my window to attack my dog in the back seat of my car. He put some scratches in my door where he jumped on it. When I complained the employee was very apologetic but the owner did not even say a word to me. Not only that but when I got home I noticed the automatic wash left soap stains all over my hood roof and truck I had to spend another 20 minutes rewashing my car. Did not acknowledge my presence and cursed loudly from the back room while complaining about the citizens of Lompoc.
