The second time, he replaced the glass again (free of charge) and now the problem is even worse - the screen has several air bubbles and is frequently unresponsive & still turns off randomly, usually when I am working with a client and need to show images. It is also a lot darker than it should be (even at the highest brightness setting). JUST BE AWARE: that it might ruin your ipad/iphone irreperably. At your own risk.

They always claim their credit card reader is broken (3 weeks), but thats not even a fraction of what they did to me. My iPad needed a new screen, and they said the mother board was shot. They tried to sell me an old one (iPad) in the showcase. When I walked out without buying it, leaving my old one for them to reassemble, they called me to say it was repaired. Wow , all of a sudden it was repairable. When we got there to pick it up (a week later), it wasn't even assembled and we waited 45 minutes. It sort of worked, but again "The Credit Card Machine was Broken" . We picked it up a week later with cash. The buttons don't work but at least I can recover my photos. It is somewhat useable. STAY AWAY!!!!!!! The word customer centric eludes the staff and there were no satisfying conversations that made you want to do anything but get out of this place.

They really go out of their way to give a pleasant experience. My phone wasn't working and they gave me a loaner phone to use for a few days for no extra cost.
