Tony and his assistant were great at identifying the problem (damaged charging port) and fixing it in a timely manner. Pricing is reasonable. Interactions were professional and courteous. They even recommended a great nearby restaurant where I could go during the time that were working on my cellphone issue. In addition, after I returned, they checked out the two chargers which I had brought with me and detected a faulty cable on one of them. I was able to replace the cable at cost with no additional service charge. I would highly recommend Phone Pros and the fact that I returned when I encountered another different cellphone-related problem is a testament that I value their services highly.

Props to this guy!! Today I finally went to upgrade my phone and every employee was incredibly welcoming to their customers. Tommy helped me, but I had issues with my old phone and wasn't able to upgrade at that time. But he was patient and kind while waiting for the issues to subside. Learnt that he was promoted to the 18ave T-Mobile store, which is well deserved for him! I came back two hours later when I fixed the issue, and another employee, Julio, helped me. He was great at explaining the price breakdown for me and extremely understanding about the upgrade and transfer process that took over an hour to finish. The store manager (Marlon?) was awesome at making sure the customers were able to find help immediately and with an employee who spoke their language.

He checked, replied with yes, and proceeds to import my number. Then at the end process he said there was something wrong and that to unlock my Samsung Galaxy S8 I would need to pay additional $120 or hold on to the free provided cellphone and just pay $50 for the service and $20 for the SIM card. He also said once the number is imported, I cannot use my previous service because I am with them now. I took the free phone and proceed with my day. During my first day, dropped calls were a constant and data streams were extremely slow while supposed to be unlimited. I returned to get a refund, he refused and insisted that I come back when his manager was available. I return the following day and the manager said to travel to Kingsplaza mall where the head store is located to get a refund. I went to the supposed "flagstore" which was just a regular mall stand, and was informed that you can only get a full refund at the store of purchase and that store was just giving me false information to get me out while stalling until 7 days has passed or when 60 mins are used up so you cannot get any refund. I'm tired of going back and forth, these people are crooks at this location, they use every excuse in the book to overcharge and to avoid refunds not honoring the Metro policy. Especially the worker named Hamza, he physically threw me my SIM card when I request for it and was speaking in another language in front of his manager so I wouldn't understand as well as shifting blame to other workers. Never have I seen such irresponsibility for so called authorized dealers. To this day, I have not received my refund. Thanks to this location and the extremely poor service provided, I will never choose Metro PCS and will continue to inform others of this terrible experience.

They transferred me over to Tmobile and I'm paying $50 dollars less than what I was paying with Sprint. While Vlad was helping me the owner came by, gave me a free case and even got me a bottle of water while I was waiting. I was having a problem with my bluetooth headset and the tech took a look and fixed it free of charge. Saved me $100 dollars because I was about to purchase a new pair at the store.
