Let me first say that they did an excellent installation, were efficient and the price was very reasonablen (this was April of 2021). Revised: I am giving a 4 (instead of 5) rating because they did not check the flue on the roof after tapping into a pipe that was 62 years old, and a roof 30 years old. The seal was loosened, and the first rain that year ran down the flue onto my brand new furnace and it stopped running at some point. I called, and they came out and quickly fixed the issue; a few months later...another minor issue (a corroded wire), which they came out and corrected. Now...3.5 years later, furnace stopped running again. Again, it was a shorted wire...no doubt due to corrosion from the previous water damage. No parts needed replacing as I'd previously been told by other contractors. (I had 2 previous estimates in which neither company accurrately diagnosed the issue. Both prior estimates wanted to replace different parts that would have been costly.) So all in all, FastTech is knowledgeable in troubleshooting and honest. I do feel that to be the truth. They perhaps made a mistake in not checking the flue at the time of installation...but these things happen to the best of us. read more

Run away! We called him to get a quote to fix our radiant heating, that was not working, and we have tenants living in the apartment. He came, and not only was he not able to fix the problem, he actually made it worth! He decided to use a tell my tenants to use the chimney to get heating by using a flame sensor and there is not outing to it. They could have died from carbon monoxide, this was very dangerous ! Before he left, he promoted me to pay 280$ or wouldn't leave the place, and my tenants got scared. I paid, and then asked for the invoice. I asked for quotes on Yelp and ended up replying to service providers about a week later, but Tony responded back to me right away once I finally texted him (as he asked me to in his initial response). Then he ended up coming on a Sunday to clean our ducts, and cost less than half the price as a couple of the other quotes I got. Plus he found that our dryer vent was loose and went ahead and fixed that too, which we didn't even know about. Tony is great! He quoted me a price to install a new window air conditioner. Very fair. Then he bought the air conditioner and delivered it. Then removing the old 40 year old unit took about 3 hours longer than he thought so he called in a helper. I had called for an estimate in the morning.
