I was a little taken aback because I thought they would still make parts. I walked into the attic and clearly saw the brand was Honeywell and took a pic/video for a 2nd opinion. Today I called DZO and spoke to Alex live and he said he had a technician, DENIS, that would know how to fix it and he would come by the same day. He came right on time and within five minutes he determined it was the circuit board. He was like McGuyver! Then he asked to check my AC which hasn't been checked for at least a decade and determined it needed some freon. He actually cared about getting everything working well-- I was VERY impressed. I will definitely be using them for any of my heating/cooling concerns and have already began recommending them to my friends. Though we had our entire roof replaced one year ago, and our HVAC roof conduits were also replaced, a pesky leak reappeared coming down one of our events in the back room. We thought this had been resolved with all of the new materials on the roof. Apparently, the sun decided to degrade some of the seals over the summer! My gut instinct was to contact the roofing company, Specialist Roofing & Repair, and have them assess the situation. I also called Go Air. The roofing company fairly quickly determined that it was a breach in the seal attached to the HVAC conduit. Offir, from Go Air, kindly agreed and took care of the situation promptly! More recently (mid-November, 2025), we had a more significant leak come down through the return vent inside of the house. Revised: I am giving a 4 (instead of 5) rating because they did not check the flue on the roof after tapping into a pipe that was 62 years old, and a roof 30 years old. The seal was loosened, and the first rain that year ran down the flue onto my brand new furnace and it stopped running at some point. I called, and they came out and quickly fixed the issue; a few months later...another minor issue (a corroded wire), which they came out and corrected. Now...3.5 years later, furnace stopped running again. Again, it was a shorted wire...no doubt due to corrosion from the previous water damage. No parts needed replacing as I'd previously been told by other contractors. (I had 2 previous estimates in which neither company accurrately diagnosed the issue. Both prior estimates wanted to replace different parts that would have been costly.) So all in all, FastTech is knowledgeable in troubleshooting and honest. I do feel that to be the truth.
