From the time I waited I was very patient and Baltimore would let me know about the status almost towards the end when I found out that I needed struts and shocks oh my lol I was taken to Walmart very conviniet for me time to kill shopping!! I recently made a visit to ATD to inquire on purchasing a set of 4 new tires for my car. Walking into the store I was unsure of what exactly I was looking for. Luckily, I received a welcome into the store by a man named Daniel L. All I had to do was tell him which vehicle I was driving and he took it from there. He gave me a variety of options and also mentioned the benefits of each tire choice I had. I left later that day with 4 new tires and even got my car aligned. I have never had such a good experience buying tires and have never been treated so well by any tire salesman. My car has never driven better and I would strongly recommend any body looking for tires to visit Daniel at American Tire Depot. I was in the shop yesterday with a nail in my tire. I was stressing out over how I was going to get a brand new tire if they were unable to patch mine. They came back with bad news, telling me they could not patch it for me, that I would need a new tire. I told them I couldn't buy one at the moment, and to please just air my tire up. When they were done, I went up they told me that an employee, Ben, didn't feel safe letting me drive away with my 4 year old the way the car was, so he paid for me to get a new tire. This kind of customer service and true compassion is rare, and highly appreciated from a mom during holiday season already trying to stress over getting the bills paid. Told my niece about this place to get her car done. How they were fast and a blast to talk to. We took her car there yesterday for a oil change and just like I told her, they were fast and a blast to talk to. One guy knows I don't like the smell of the tires so he made sure to spray some peach smell spray so I didn't have to smell the tire smell. I'd say this place goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. I read some peoples comments on here and it seems like they are the type of people who just can't be pleased. And are always looking for a hand out. All anybody can do is their best and this place does that. So I strongly recommend before anybody runs with others bad experiences, then at-least experience it for yourself. Because I can only say good things about this place. read more

i finally found an honest shop - these guys were great- my husband took my car to the honda dealer for routine mantanenece -my cars has 135k miles so i knew it need some repair, the dealer quoted 1,688 for the brakes, tires, steering assembly and oil change- we decided to wait and shop around - and boy am i glad we did !! the store manager richard did all the wrok that was need an also gave me a lifetime warranty on the alignment ( and believe me im known to het things in the road-lol we saved over $635 from what the dealer would have charged and without the alignment !! ricjard was polite , professional and not pushy at all- i will be bringing my husbands truck in next- thank you again and just in time for christmas shoppinng !! read more

These guys went out of their way to help me. I took my mom's car in for new tires. They could not find the lock to take the tires off. They worked until they finally were able to get them off. Arnold at the front counter was friendly and very patient about the situation. Another young man who worked on the car (I think he was Andrew. I'm not good at names) worked HARD for my cause. I highly recommended this business. They didn't try to sell me high priced tires. Only what i needed! They are my heroes! Thanks guys! Only negatives are they were out of diet coke in the machine and their chairs are very uncomfortable! Just saying! Lol! read more

AWESOME service!!! Made an appointment online for the following day to get 4 new tires. Within 5 minutes of making the appointment I received a call from them confirming the appointment and was asked what brand and size of tires I wanted. The next day, 3 hours before my appointment, they called again to let me know my tires had arrived from another store and everything was good to go. I arrived 30 minutes early to my 4pm appointment, by 4:30 I was driving away with 4 new tires!!!! Besides the fast and friendly service, they had the best prices. They also knocked off $20 my total price just because I made an online appointment. read more

I took my car in to have the tires rotated, the guy at the counter named steven was a huge help he informed me that my bushings were needing to be replaced and hooked me up with a great deal. I have to say I was skeptical at first and just figured he wanted to sell me something so I had a second opinion and it was true I read a post on here where a guy claimed they wanted to charge him 1000 bucks but went to Firestone and only got his front breaks done it sounds to me like he chose the cheap way out and now his wife is driving a real unsafe vehicle. read more
