First of all the technicians were so helpful and polite. I had a flat tire and they took me right in there was a nail in my tire and they fixed it and I waited for about 20 minutes and there was no charge. I have bought tires from American tire depot and we've had a very good experience with them. The car that I took in to have the tire fixed was not the tires we bought from them. Employees seemed fine , pretty helpful. I recommend dropping of at the location in hanford because the lobby is absolutely terrible if you plan to stay for 45-1 hour you will be miserable. As an auto shop the waiting area should always be a great spot to relax while you spend hundreds maybe thousands of $ and they should really try to make the waiting area better for customers, i got 2 tires on for a decent price i was happy with that, the sales rep was nice but seemed to be kind of over the job, and i cant stress enough the seats and area you wait in are atrocious. Moral of the story i would just drop your car off and go do something read more
