Had an issue with 2017 Chevy lp5, went to them and was charged over 2500 bucks and did not fix the issue. I understand that mechanics might not diagnose correctly at first. But I spent 15 bucks and fixed the issue. I would assume they would check smaller things first. I had brought my truck in a few times. Each time I would deal with Will behind the counter. He is a very friendly and nice person. I Never had an issue with him. I did have to bring my truck back a couple of times for leaks that they could not figure out. Then one day, My truck had a "MISS" in it and it would not run, they are not open on the weekend, so I had my truck towed and left it in the parking lot for Monday Morning. When I called to let them know why it was there Monday morning, Will was not available. The owner was answering the phone and BOY IS HE RUDE!!!! I would ask for Will, since he is the one I usually talk to. The owner was not nice, very short, did not want to listen, and would say "What do you want". UMMMM let's see, I am paying you to take care of my truck, I would like someone with manners to talk to!! I won't go into the details of each call, but each time he was so rude I had to just hang up because he would not listen to what I was trying to say and he would get very aggressive and ruder and raise his voice. I called the tow truck and had it picked up and taken to a new mechanic. I am sorry, but If I am paying you for a service, I need you to be at least a little nice to me. Ended up my truck needed $7000.00 worth of work......I guess they missed out on that one! All in all, it was a Godsend, my new mechanic went through my truck with a fine-tooth comb and found things THIS mechanic had never taken care of. Common sense things! read more

I am updating my review from a couple of months back. I have since been back on several occasions to have my vehicles worked on. Bradley an his crew have done an excellent job which included warranty work for an issue I was having with my F250. Bradley works from the premise of "proving the that the item/part is bad" before doing any work. He will even send you pictures of the issues as they come up. Bradley even helped me sell one of my vehicles when I brought over a potential buyer who wanted to discuss the work that was done on one of my trucks. I just called to ask for prices and the guy who answered was kinda rude and i felt like i was bothering him for even calling and when i asked if they have military discount he said "yes" with a disappointment sound and when i tried to double check if they did, the guy just hung up on me, mumbling under his breath, "ugh i just can't", like i was a nat in his face. read more

Normally I always take the position that I did something wrong and I accept it. But in this case I remember that my past dealings with the owner, Bradford, was always rude or borderline. The last straw involved him calling me on the phone and telling me we needed to do diagnostics for $60 but that it could run for more. My thought is diagnostics are diagnostics it was one charge. so I did not understand. He kept saying that "we" don't work for free. I kept asking him to explain himself on the charges. He then said with no answer to my request come get your car. I believe he didn't even hear me ask for an explanation. I will not patronize them again! read more
