I called on a Monday morning and was pleasantly surprised to get a same day appointment! The parking lot is a bit small, but once inside, the waiting area was clean, comfortable, and didn't smell like oil or cars like some other shops do (which I really appreciated!). I was greeted right away and even offered a complimentary ride home while they worked on my car which was such a nice touch. The gentleman who gave me the ride was very kind and seemed genuinely trustworthy. They called me once my car was ready and arranged for pickup, which made the entire process super convenient. This service alone makes coming here worth it as I hate having to waste time sitting around in a shop! I also loved that they sent me a detailed digital report with pictures of everything they inspected and noted any issues. It's so helpful to actually see what they're referring to. I chose not to fix a few things right away due to cost, but I really appreciate their transparency and the information so I can plan and budget for future repairs. Overall, I had a great experience here. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and respectful of my time.

Well, luckily we just found that gem, Intune Mobil Mechanic. Wifey's car battery was DOA , and stuck inside our garage. Unfortunately, it's on the type of car that has the battery buried behind the air vent and other parts. Not the kind of replacement I want to take on and if you also have gorilla hands & a poor sense of touch, then you will understand why. Put a call for Yelp in and Julian was the first to respond. Explained the situation and he provided a fair quote for the work. We set it up for the following morning and he was there, as promised. Julian's work was on time , did great work, friendly , easy to communicate with thru text and above all, honest. Glad I got to be his first review on Yelp. At 4pm states he is stuck in traffic but on the way. About 4:30 says he is here. He is not. Call him states is at a different address across town and it wasn't worth it to come do our service. I can't speak to the quality of his work since no work was performed. But his communication skills are lacking.

Since then, I've had regular maintenance and major repairs with them for several years and can't think of any bad experiences or complaints. They have exceptional customer service, are detail-oriented, and always seem to go above and beyond. Lastly, they support our military, which speaks volumes about their priorities. Kristen and Angel do a great job communicating any issues or pitfalls and will work hard to rectify your issues. They have so far serviced and provided performance needs for my 2 Audi's. Even with some new bespoke modifications they do their best to assist and even have been upfront of what they can and can't do, or what the outcome might be. They are also extremely communicative when it comes to any job, from the smallest to the largest which is underway at the moment. Of which every job has been of great quality and if there was an issue they are quick to rectify. Based on previous reviews compared to my experience they set expectations and deliver better than most shops I've had experience with in dealing with performance cars or modifications. This comes from someone with an extensive background working on cars as well and being a mechanic at one point.
