A friend also experienced significant damage to their truck here 1-2 weeks ago. In both cases, the business refused to take responsibility. Also, my friend was told by this business that they had another lady who also reported damage to her car about the same time he reported his damage, and unfortunately for her, she had major damage to a super nice car. I'm disappointed by the lack of accountability and will be sharing my experience with others, filing a complaint with the BBB, and submitting a claim to the Attorney General's Office. Thankfully, there is another competing carwash next door to their North Gloster, Tupelo location that my family and I can trust with our business moving forward. It is brand new business and has better state of the art equipment. No more worries with super short vacuum hoses and damage done to our vehicles.

Normally I have a great experience, however this time after vacuuming out my car. I go to what appears to be the window cleaning station with towels and window cleaner. As I am doing so a shine time rep with a disgusting tone says, "Can you not move your car out of the way ma'am?" It totally threw me off guard so I said "sir?" He says, "Yeah move it out of the way like now" So, I proceeded to put the towel and everything away with the intention to leave altogether. I said, "You know what, I won't be coming back have a good one." He says, "yeah go to tidal wave next time pointing at my subscription sticker." He was EXTREMELY rude and if I could report him in particular I would. This was today on March 14th, 2026 at 7:55am at the University drive location in Huntsville, AL.

My…read morepoor vehicle had not been washed in a month of Sundays and I was so happy to try out WCW last Sunday (pro tip: enter like you are going to Buffalo Wild Wings and hang a right - WCW does not have an entrance directly connected to 72. I didn't peruse their menu of options b/c I just spoke with the sweet young attendant there and told him I wanted a basic car wash with Armor All on my tires. I'm pretty sure he said that combination was not an option unless you get one of the upgraded packages with all the extras I never want and he sweetly asked "Is this your first time here?" to which I replied, "yes." Anyhoo, he said pay for the basic and I'll have the guys upgrade you to the Armor All add on. SCORE! :D I didn't see or hear about any free towels and sprays, but I didn't need any either and yes the vacuums work great. Another bonus is no, I repeat, no people blaring their radios. It was a peaceful, lovely experience and even had a Theme Park feel (think Disney World, even though I've never been there) as you drive thru with all the colors and brightness around you - yes, the simple things delight me. Anyway, do try WCW, your car will thank you!

Just an extremely unprofessional experience. I tried to book through their website twice and never…read morereceived a response. I finally gave them a call to try to set up an appointment and was informed that they "don't book online anymore." That's problematic since their website says nothing about that and directs visitors to an online booking page that lets you submit all your details and then tells you someone will reach out to you. In the course of trying to set up the appointment over the phone I was asked to repeat myself about 10 times before I just gave up and hung up the phone. Not sure if the guy on the phone was busy doing something else or just had headphones in or what. Anyway, found another service locally that I was able to book with online within about 60 seconds of getting to their website. Couldn't speak to how well they clean cars, but it if it's anything like how the book appointments I'd assume you're going to be disappointed with that as well.
