I've gone there several times on a Saturday closer to 8:30am and it was closed. The vacuums are hit and miss. Typically, I end up driving to 4 or 5 vacuums before I find one that works. The pay station where you enter seldom works the first time you insert a credit card. Someone has to typically come from inside to assist with getting the gate to open. I just don't feel this location is managed well. You could say it's always hit or miss when visiting this location

A thoughtless customer was BLARING her car stereo which all the vacuums would not drown out. It was sooooooooo annoying. You would think the company would put up signs stating 'do not blare your music morons!' like the goo goo does on south parkway. The vacuums are no where near the quality of the drive thru car wash near the "new" Wal Mart on 72 west near County line. And the place was generally run down. The staff at the other place by wal mart are way friendly, offering to help in any way, for example they will offer to run your mats thru the cleaner, free of charge. If you love listening to other peoples taste in music at way over the normal Marshal amp at a Metallica concert volume, enjoy paying for add-ons that you don't know what you're getting and using vacuums that increase the time you are exposed to extremely loud music of other people's selection because you have to re-vacuum the same spot a million times, you've got your new place. A friend also experienced significant damage to their truck here 1-2 weeks ago. In both cases, the business refused to take responsibility. Also, my friend was told by this business that they had another lady who also reported damage to her car about the same time he reported his damage, and unfortunately for her, she had major damage to a super nice car. I'm disappointed by the lack of accountability and will be sharing my experience with others, filing a complaint with the BBB, and submitting a claim to the Attorney General's Office. Thankfully, there is another competing carwash next door to their North Gloster, Tupelo location that my family and I can trust with our business moving forward. It is brand new business and has better state of the art equipment. No more worries with super short vacuum hoses and damage done to our vehicles.

As I am doing so a shine time rep with a disgusting tone says, "Can you not move your car out of the way ma'am?" It totally threw me off guard so I said "sir?" He says, "Yeah move it out of the way like now" So, I proceeded to put the towel and everything away with the intention to leave altogether. I got the basic package + Armor All on the tires (my "go to.") HUGE for me is - Mach 1 didn't scratch my car - YAY! There was one man working the pre-wash area and he seemed to do a fine job. I would tell you what my car wash cost, but I couldn't press the kiosk button quickly enough to get a receipt - which kinda ticked me off, as I didn't have time to do a vacuum, and would have like to have my receipt to show in the future when I'm in the area, to claim a free vac! There were no other customers when I was at M1 Express, so, again, easy in and out. As I was exiting the Publix shopping center parking lot, I noticed both my rear view mirrors were all "caddy wompus," I mean tilted in ways I didn't even know they could go. I got out of the car to adjust them back to normal and noticed the bird poop, or whatever it was, that had been on my front bumper for MONTHS was still there, so that was a ding against Mach 1. I didn't notice or receive any freebies, you know lint free towels, and air fresheners like Goo-Goo and Red Rocket provide. I'll try Mach 1 again when I'm in the area, and plan to vacuum the car and hopefully upgrade my rating to a solid 5.

I had ti park in the vacuuming area and take my Armout All wipes and literally spend 42 minutes actually CLEANING the outside of my car AFTER it went through the 10$ wash. You should be ashamed. WHAT a RIP OFF and a waste of 10$. Then one of your vacuum hoses was broken as well. I won't be back and will let everyone I see know that your business is NOT to be supported.
